This is a great product, it is fast and compact and I really love it.

I love it! It is super fast, easy to use, and is overall a great buy!

I first looked into the larger notebook in this line, but decided portability was more important to me. This notebook has almost all of the same features and is a great size to work with. The touchpad is a little sensitive to me, but there may be a setting to adjust or my hand willl adjust. I especially like the crystal clear screen and the backlit keyboard.

Having a hard time getting used to Windows 11 but will get through. Just make sure you think about what you'll need, ex: 10-key. Wished I'd gotten the computer with the 10-key included. Overall, I do like the computer.

I went into Best Buy because my backup laptop had bit the dust. I was actually just going to by a hard drive. So, I waited for help in the laptop department. Finally, a nice girl came over from another department came over. I still didn't think that I was going to buy a laptop that day. But, since she was so helpful and informative. I made the purchase.

Purchased the Asus as a home laptop and am happy with performance and capability. No problems connecting to wifi, only issue is that the touchpad mouse is a bit sensitive, but nothing that hinders performance.

The laptop is compact making it easily portable to take to and from classes. The versatility of touch screen and keyboard is great. Streams movies nicely. The quality of the sound is top notch. Processing speeds are quick

Bought the Microft wireless keyboard and mouse. The installation was very easy, at true "plug and play" installation. When I powered my computer back up everything worked without any issues or need to make any adjustment. The keyboard has a nice key touch and mouse fits easily in your hand. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought two - one for each kiddo! They love them and love having their own computer to do homework, projects, etc. So glad we got them!

love it. The only problems is the display driver does not read at times. Sometimes the laptop is slow while multitasking.

Does a great job in the classroom and at home. Light, but powerful. Is a little noisier than I would like though.

This product takes longer to get started and is heavier than the other two touchscreen laptops I have had but it does run well once its going.

Very satisfied with the Asus. Occasionally have to hold on button for excessive time to start up but very happy with everything else.

Laptop is excellent now. The first one had an out of the box failure, but the Best Buy team took care of this and replaced the faulty laptop. No problems with the new one.
