I bought this because I had fifteen inch laptop by asus and it the lowest class proceser available and not a lot of ram which made it very slow. So I sold it on eBay and I got $215 back for that. I then began my search for a smaller 11 to 13 inch laptop because I didn't need the waight to hold and carry as I have a disability and I need to be able to laptop without fear of it being too heavy. This laptop provided me so much more than the 15 inch asus laptop I had anyway. My last lap top had 500 gigs of storage and this one has a terabyte of storage and it has a 6th generation i5 processor and 8 GBs of ram which makes it a lot faster in doing multitasking. I love that it is text screen and it have a backlit keyboard which makes doing homework in the dark a lot easier as I'm a student who needed a more powerful laptop to tackle the things of higher demand like photoshop and solid works. But I also like that you don't have to use big strong apps like that I want to get this computer it just makes it more versatile very want to get those programs in the future. This laptop works very well for your basic word and Internet exploring and YouTube usage and the extra RAM will extremely help with video leg I've noticed it's very nice to watch videos on. The last thing I like is how it processes your files and keep your one drive up to date. I also love that it's convertable into a tablet mode and it strong medel body contstructon. I've had this unit for about a month now I brought it back in July and I'm going to say is this machine is a beast that will hold up for the next several years the battery life is excellent it's about 10 hours depending on how heavy your usage is. For a case I just picked up a 6 dollar one at Amazon their Amazon basics 13.3 laptop carring case which very nice protective and easy to carry class to class for those students out there it's very easy to slip in a backpack or just carry in its case alone. I also forgot to mention it's got great speakers for those music Webbers that's another thing I use this machine for is music and it works like a dream. This laptop also it comes loaded with 3 standered USB 2.0 and 3.0 and HDMI for connecting to a projector or desktop moneder (just get HDMI cable or docking station if you so choose not included) and the laptop also has one USB C port as screen on the Mac book. YES RECOMENDED!!!!

I had to return this unit a couple of times due to manufacturer defects(bad display and bad USB ports). I love that the unit had great battery life and USB type-c included. However, if Best Buy would have had more in stock I would have purchased another;Very solid unit for above average users. I ended up moving up to the ASUS Q504.

I love this computer!! Only problem is that it shows fingerprints badly. Fast speed and love the touch screen feature!

I bought this laptop for my daughter. She was looking for something small light and had the features of a laptop and tablet. This was perfect. She uses it for grad school and personal use around the house. She loves the touchscreen and the back little keyboard. The unit is very responsive and is perfect for her needs..

It was an unexpected birthday present from my wife since I had complained about the size and weight of my laptop. My biggest problem is getting used to Windows 10 but am getting there. Will be taking the on line tutorial as soon as I get time but in the meantime, am getting along okay with it for what I need it for.

Read reviews and have had good luck with Asus products. Really like the touch screen along with other features such as the new style USB port and Hdmi. The real selling point was the adjustable back lighted key board. Only wished it came with a manual so I don't have to surf to learn how to use all the features.

I first bought another product which was even more expensive than this one,but I had to return it in less than 10 days cos the screen kept shaken. But I have had this product for sometime now and it's working perfect.I love everything about my laptop. It's my baby. Fits in my packet book very well. Thanks.

I purchased this laptop as an open box special. I truly have been impressed. It meets and exceeds my needs. The salesman at Best Buy was great in that I told him exactly what I was wanting and he found this little gem for me and it saved me a great deal of money!

This computer makes a ok 2in1. It's a bit too thick for true tablet use, but works fine in a pinch to use as a tablet. The 1TB hard drive is large, however, since it's not solid state their is a fan, and the fan noise seems to be quite loud in my opinion.

Overall im satisfied with this purchase. Battery life could be a little better.

This laptop is fast and with a TB hard drive more than sufficient for my business and home use. I find it a little slow in booting up compared to some other laptops. It is also somewhat thicker and heavier. But for the money it is a great buy.

Recommended by Best Buy employee. I wanted a tablet, but needed the USB and HDMI ports. This 2 in 1 was a great compromise between the two options. Lots of storage, fast processor, and does equally as well either as tablet or lap top. I'be even gotten used to the touch pad. Definitely a good choice.

I am pretty happy with my purchase The computer is heavier than I wanted because I transport it to work every day. It shows fingerprints very badly making it look like a mess. Otherwise., I like it.

So far I love this laptop. I've only had one issue with getting to turn it on and had to tap the back of it. Not too sure what's causing the issue, but I haven't had any other issues.

My wife needed a new laptop for school so we looked for something fast, with a decent amount of memory and storage space for a good price. The verdict is.....she loves it! We had Bestbuy set it up and update the drivers. We've had no problems at all. It works well and is fast.

This was the third 2 in 1 computer that we purchased from Best Buy to use in a clinic. The first two didn't even work right out the box. This computer has enough power, memory and versatility. Great buy for the price and capabilities! I would recommend this to anyone.
