Does the job I need it to. As well as the graphics enhance the experience.

I didn't know much about this brand, but couldn't get a laptop with solid state drive, touch screen and most important, a 10 key pad. Works well, runs cool and satisfied so far. two surprises were that there is no light to indicate that the numlock is engaged and I thought the keyboard would light up, but does not. not deal breakers, but something to consider next time

Purchased to replace my 4+ year old Asus gaming laptop, this laptop is really an incredible deal with the combination of the 2 hard drives, the SSD drive makes for 60 second restarts and less than a minute out of the bag to ready to use. It's also a pretty decent gamer although this was not it's specialty, I play BattleField 4 and it handles the duties without any problems.

Very fast laptop with good memory and not too heavy. Good product for the price

I purchased this laptop with the intentions of using it primarily for school. It satisfied every need for my architectural classes and more. Everyone was suggesting gaming laptops to be sure my programs would run fine but I didn't want a huge bulky not pleasing to the eye laptop, that would be out of date quickly. This laptop has 4k and touchscreen.when other did not. WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I do lots of graphics work... some files are in the 400MB range and this laptop handles it. Only glitch is that Outlook 2016 has a display issue when dragging and dropping into folders. Guessing this is a software issue??

I was pleased by the quick processor and the ability to handle larger programs.Great for gamer. Great for engineering students who need the speed for bigger programs to run. The only downfall of this computer is the screen doesn't really have a protection barrier as the glass just sits on top like most tablet type of computers making it more likely to crack easier,

You are.not.going to find a better laptop 2 in 1 with all of the bells and whistles. Bought this on a Black Friday deal that was to good to pass up at 1,099. The only issues are the mouse pad sensitivity which can be adjusted, and the constant fingerprints on the exterior. Would find a 2-in-1 with a 2TB as well as an 512 SSD, 16GB RAM, and an I7 Intel processor.

I was very hesitant to buy a Microsoft product since I have been an Apple user the last few years. However, this PC has worked well for me. The touch screen feature is great for programs like Affinity Designer, but not for Photoshop. The reasons I got this one was because of the digital card, it has run well so far. I look forward to getting to know it better.

Purchased first (yes, it gets ugly) on Christmas Eve. Charged for 3 hours (as instructed) and it wouldn't turn on. After call with tech support (who was helpful) determined the motherboard was bad and the computer needed to be exchanged. Replaced with same model. Charged, turned on, started loading and setting up. After getting it running, I noticed the color was off. Spent a couple hours on my own then took it to the Geek squad. They determined the display was off. Refunded money and now I'm getting an MSI. It seems like the flip top computers are having lots of problems and I wouldn't recommend one based on my conversations with the Geek Squad. Best Buy and Asus technical service were both good. Just a bad machine.

This is a fabulous computer; I was not in the market to purchase one, and this make and model came highly recommended by the Best Buy staff. It was super easy to set up, the biometrics work great, and I love the touch screen and tablet features. It's lightweight and easy to stow in a backpack, the battery lasts a long time, and the keyboard is a good size so my hands don't cramp.

The computer is super fast compared to other PCs and graphics are excellent.

This Asus laptop is faster than any other computer I've ever used. According to my techie friends, this was far over the top for my purposes as a small business owner. However for a few extra dollars a month, on the no interest for 12 months deal, this laptop should be cutting edge technology for at least a few years. I'm very happy with it after about a month of using it.

I was purchasing a new computer almost exclusively for photo editing. I needed a lot of power and memory. This seems to fill the bill. Works fine in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Images load quickly. Having USB3 on all ports a plus as I backup images to an external drive, be sure to get a powered port designed for a USB 3. The screen is bright and crisp. Very happy.

Went to buy a different computer, but this one had more memory, and needed a computer immediately! It's super that it converts, especially when the person sitting in front of you brings their airplane seat all the way back! Computer is working just fine and I'm still setting it up outside the US. Would definitely buy this computer again over the name brand I came in to buy.

This thing is awesome. I run an entire small business off this one computer and it NEVER lags. I run multiple different windows, stream video, do video conferencing and run multiple screens without difficulty. When I asked about it at the store, the guy said "oh, you mean the Big Daddy..." He wasn't kidding. If you're looking for a true desktop replacement, this is it.

We only purchased desktops in the past so we wanted to be sure we got a laptop that made the most sense for our needs without losing to much space. We feel this one has done that and have been impressed with other qualities along the way. It's been quick, great storage space and love that it's light weight and compact but not so small you can't see your work.
