I bought this laptop for the intent of making youtube videos and it has been one of the best investments i ever made!

We have a similar Asus so were excited by this model. The specs somewhat exceeded our needs but found it to be a good value worth the extra expense. This was our first venture into a touchscreen laptop. We had shied away from them thinking touchscreen was just an unnecessary point of failure. Turns out we love the feature.

almost every single thing about this laptop is amazing. from the 4k display, the 16gb of ram, and the great graphics card, it is a beautiful machine. only bad part is that the fan location is on the bottom of the device. also, the speakers are located there. one last complaint is that it overheats.

This 2 in 1 has a 512GB SSD as the main drive and a 2TB HDD as a data drive. Coupled that with 16GB of RAM and the 4K display and this laptop had no other equals at this price point. Plus it has the latest version Kaby Lake processor. Could not find anything else in the store at 15'' that could match the specs.

What sold me on this laptop was the dual hard drive setup. One small but supper fast solid state hard rice for the operative system and programs and a separate conventional hard disk drive to fill with tons of videos and fotos. You can't go wrong with this beautiful laptop. And it turns into a huge table too!!

I read all the reviews, and as usual there are good and bad. I listened to the young man who was a Best Buy who was pretty knowledgeable, and after looking at the rest of what was offered for admittedly several hundred less (but still not cheap by any means), and after looking at what cost more online, and the reviews, this seemed to be a no brainer. It has great features - Big Time Storage, RAM, and Video! Looks pretty good (it's seems big though, but not huge like a 17"), maybe a little heavy for lightweights (it's no MacBook air) but I don't think so at all. Does leave fingerprints on the outer case which is annoying if you are a clean freak like me. I don't really see the problem with the track pad (maybe a little slick) but not a real problem as some have said. I also got it with a discount and paid about $1200 so compared to the rest of the herd it was a good choice. If you want storage, speed, for both work and maybe a little play its a great choice for what you pay for what you get! I'm giving it 5 Stars Now, but as you know ONLY TIME WILL TELL!

You will need to minimize writing to the solid state drive to get the best life from it. It takes effort to figure out how to best use the combination of the SS drive and hard drive. Since the win 10 OS is set up to write to the same drive as it is installed on, this can take some thought on the users part.....

My new laptop is super quick; easy to use. I love that it is solid state. It's just an overall great machine. The salesperson who helped me find and ultimately choose it was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and put absolutely no pressure on me, and was very accommodating. It was a great experience overall.

Pros: Good specs, performance. Huge storage for the price. Cons: Trackpad too slippery and inconsistent performance. You might be frustrated enough to want to switch to a mouse. It gets worse if it's dirty so clean it OFTEN. Black color gets dirty quick. A bit heavy for a two in one.

Boots up quickly and loads photos like lightning. The best part is you can keep the speed by loading the data heavy photo files on the "D" drive and keep the SSD drive from being bogged down. I am also running two external 23" monitors as well as the laptop's 15.6" monitor. Three monitors is unbelievable!

This had all the Specs. I was looking for in a Laptop and more. I understand this s only available at Best Buy. I could not find a Laptop with these specs anywhere else. I also got a good deal on Black Friday for $300 off. I had a laptop with a HD screen before and the 4K screen is noticeably sharper.

I'm still getting used to this laptop. I really like the speed with which it boots up. The set up or starting procedure was fairly easy to get through. I still need to transfer my files from my old laptop. I like the mini woofer and sound. I just wish it was a little louder.

I'm using it primarily for photo editing and as a laptop more than a tablet and it works very well. One review commented about finger marks and yes it does. The one I received is a flat black exterior and keyboard not a chocolate black aluminum hairline with dark copper.

Replaced my old Asus laptop. Wow, what a difference. This setup is perfect for me. Duel harddrives, lots of RAM, fast processor. I paid full price and got adjustment s when it went on sale twice since. I'd highly recommend this laptop. It is a fingerprint magnet as mentioned in other reviews.

I looked at many different 2 in 1 laptops before deciding to purchase this one. 16gb of RAM + Solid state drive = high performance this machine has awesome build quality and comes with a small sub over overall amazing audio experience. This is the best windows laptop and I approve this message!

With a 500 Gb SSD and a 2 Tb SATA, this machine rocks. Apps all running fro SSD makes responce lightning fast and even Cloud exchanges are much quicker. Had all I critically needed including backlit keyboard for my tired eyes! BestBuy offered a great deal and the rest is history...

This laptop performs very well, very quick to boot up- no real deal breakers but other reviews about fingerprints are very true- the mouse pad takes some getting used to but Its fine for me- facial recognition doesn't recognize me more than it does. - but overall pretty satisfied

I have been looking to replace my 8 year old Lenovo for a while. I found this ASUS that was on sale and decked out. It boots fast and runs great. So far no problems. I truly like the construction and weight of it. The computer feels solid. Plenty of ports.
