I needed a powerful laptop for business. After looking at comparable Lenovo and Dell, I chose this ASUS. The only problem was that windows was a home version, but after some online shopping I found an inexpensive upgrade to 10 Pro and it's still way cheaper than the others.

I like the overall feel of the computer. It looks nice and the quality of the screen is awesome. I really like the track pad, it is accurate and easy to control. Touch screen works well also. Has everything I need and more. I think this will meet my needs really well.

I love it. Fast, lots of memory & disk space. Versatile with both touch screen & touchpad. I get about 5 hours battery life before recharging but that's not under continuous use. It's much lighter & smaller than the 17.3" laptop it replaced - and with great resolution the smaller screen isn't a negative. It doesn't have an optical drive but I bought an external that suffixes for whenever I need one. Did I say "fast?" The SSD system drive rocks! No hiccups in performance but I haven't stressed it yet with video editing. It works great with production software I use. Haven't used the tablet mode so can"t comment on that. Backlit keyboard is a nice touch. I hate Win10 even with Win7 Start Menu so will probably dual boot to Linux. Bottom line is I'm glad I sprung the bucks for this - fast, outstanding display, great storage room, versatile, & decent battery life.

This computer is really good, boots up fast. Power button is not well positioned (on side next to volume), turns off if you press with accidentally or trying to change volume. Would like to add that ASUS parts are really difficult to find. If I had that information prior I would have gone with Dell. Also purchased Geek Squad warranty and its really poor. I didn't learn my lesson. I thought I was getting a deal when I purchased but ended up finding out that I should just purchase battery on my own. They won't really fix the item, and if they do they break other things (some screws won't grab on back; hinges a broken which were not damaged prior to being sent out)

Love it except there is a shortage of ports.. there is not a port for wired internet connection nor is there a cd drive, well, for everything else. Love the touch screen but rarely use it as I tend to forget. Wish it detached for use as a tablet.

The computer suddenly stopped working in 7 months after purchase. No drops, no water damage, just suddenly won't turn. It wasn't working well from the very start. When I just started using it It was freezing from just running Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint at the same time. I used all these apps at the same time on my old laptop with no slowing down and mouse freezes. When I was buying this ASUS the salesman emphasized the great quality of HD monitor (which was true) and light weight(also true) but he didn't mention that it had a video card built into motherboard. I did mentioned to him that I would need it for graphic design, not 3D, not computer games, just basic design software like PowerPoint, Adobe CC. I didn't expect the loptop to freeze on me when I run simple texture filters in Photoshop and Illustrator.Other issues with the laptop were that the speaker that came with it never worked and all applications that I installed had tiny unreadable icons and tiny menu fonts. Looks like all it was good for was typing texts and watching movies on youtube, all tasks that cheap netbook can do. Now I am back to my old lenovo loptop that I used almost 4 years before this attempt to "upgrade" to a more modern computer. My old laptop has Ethernet port, vga, CD-rom that the modern Asus doesn't come with (I had to buy portable CD-rom, Ethernet to USB adapter, HDMI to VGA adapter to "restore" missing functionality) Bad luck with this ASUS will make me think twice before buying a "more modern up-to-date" computer to replace a reliable old one. I guess there is a reason it is on sale now.

I love my laptop! Great clarity and color on screen when surfing web working with photos or just typing. Light-up keyboard helps my old eyes:) Touchscreen and tablet mode are nice options. Lots of storage space and fast speed.

Appears to be a very good deal on a laptop that is loaded with great options. I opted to try the open box excellent to save a few additional dollars. Comes with an aftermarket charging cord and plain box, but seems to work fine so far.

Accompanied with fast internet this laptop definitely gets the job done quickly. I have been an Apple product lover for a long time and still am, but due to my company program I decided to try a windows operating laptop again. No complaints as of yet.

I am a fairly technical person and loved all the specs on this laptop. I was a little nervous about this brand but upon researching a bit became more comfortable and I am super glad I purchased It! Great performance and great overall satisfaction!

I am very impressed with this laptop. I knew nothing about the ASUS brand when I viewed it in the Best Buy store. I checked the reviews as well as speaking to several people in the IT department. It has done everything that was promised and then some.

This laptop has been an amazing buy and has exceeded my expectations in every way. From gaming to studying it performed effortlessly. Some dialogue boxes will appear a bit grainy due to the 4K screen but I expect that to change as websites update.

Great computer for a year and then stops holding a charge. But has all bells and whistles . Wey surprised at how good it was. But it weighs a lot!

I got this because of the processor and the ram. It should be really fast and able to handle everything, but my Toshiba i3 seems to pull just as fast (many times there is a delay on this) and if you are not careful you'll fill the SSD because the default save is the C drive not the D drive where your TB storage lives. Not to mention the clumsy keyboard and trackpad design. It's also really too big. I will say, the touchscreen is beautiful and the ability to use as a tablet is nice, though I don't think I'll use that much.

Wife needed a new high performance laptop for her home business. Prior laptop had 12gb of RAM and SATA hard drive, this new ASUS with 16gb of RAM and SSD is outstanding and handles all her multitasking with ease. Crisp 4K display a huge plus!

This Asus Laptop / Tablet does pretty much anything you could want it to. The clarity / display is so clear & bright. The Sound is awesome as long as you have the subwoofer plugged in. Huge amount of available storage in the 2 TB Hard Drive.

This PC is exactly what I was looking for and more. It is a laptop and a large tablet in one with exceptional performance. Boots fast and supports Windows 10 operation with ease. Flexibility of touchpad, touchscreen or mouse use.

We have only been using this laptop for a couple of weeks but so far it has been great. The only con I notice is the battery charge does not seem to last very long but since it is our first laptop I have noting to compare it to.

Bought computer to replace one that had hard drive fail. This seemed to have many extra features that would work well for many years. We were able to have old computer repaired under warranty so returned this one unopened.

I was looking for a laptop that was good for everyday use but could handle photo editing without a struggle and this laptop exceeded my expectations for the price. The display is vivid and features are great! Super fast and reliable laptop!
