The laptop has a large screen, which makes it easier to read. I haven't had any problems so far. Every start up, it asks me if I want to run a .exe comment (I don't remember which one). No matter what I select, it doesn't seem to do anything & it asks me the same question the next time I start the computer.

All The latest features: 4K, USB-C Thunderbolt 3, Multiple USB, Full Size HDMI, 512SSD & 2TB, 16RAM, Number Keypad, Intel 7, Convertible, all at a reasonable portable weight. A lot for the money. Plays nicely with a StarTech Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station with full resolution supported on multiple screens. No complaints so far!

It's a great product for a beginner and a professional. I used it to run Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows Hyper-V. The only drawback with this machine is that it doesn't have an extended warranty from the manufacturer. Another drawback is that you have to mail it to the manufacturer if it breaks down.

I bought this laptop to replace an older HP that had seen better days. I initially went to Best Buy expecting to buy an HP Spectre but this Asus had a better graphics card, just as much memory and way more storage for hundreds less. It boots up very fast and functions as you would expect. Overall a very nice laptop.

nice Laptop, great speed, nice picture for videos.

The facial recognition adds to the speed of boot-up. A couple seconds and ready to roll. 4K display is awesome- watch out for compatability with other displays. My autocad works great on 4k tv but need to dumb resolution down for 1080p displays. Other programs don't seem to have same issue.

This is one terrific laptop ... the SSD is lightening fast, and the 2TB storage provides ample file storage for my needs. The 16G RAM is fine; but the graphics card is a bit slow. Otherwise, it's a great, convenient, highly portable machine, and terrific value for the money. Buy it ... you won't be disappointed!

Purchased this system to have the comfort of a high powered computer and SOME gaming. The tablet mode is a little finiky at first but will "break in". Overall A great laptop for the price, features, function and from bootup to shut down <20 seconds, after initial setup and driver updates. A great buy in my opnion.

This is a great laptop for the money. It will play many games, albeit at reduced settings. Lots of storage 2TB HD, 512GB SSD and the SSD boots in 15 seconds!!!! 16 GB memory...whats not to like. I only wish it had a better Nvidia graphics processor, but love it just the same.

Asus is really starting to impress me. Speed of processing and ease of use is great. Very high end components. At a very reasonable price. PC I selected has larger capacity and brand name high end components for almost half the price of dell and Sony. Asus keeps getting better as their competitors stay the same.

The laptop was recommended by the bestbuy sales rep. I told him what I wanted and in matter of seconds he directed me to the laptop with the specifications I needed. I needed t for school work and it's doing its job and more! The laptop is only limited to best buy and it was worth every penny spent! I'm happy!

Unusual power button placement. Good specs and does the job

I purchased this laptop as I need a laptop with tablet capabilities for my business. Unfortunately, the tablet capabilities did not meet my needs and were buggy. I ended up purchasing the new HP spectre x360. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice laptop for a casual user for sure.

Powerful computer and flexibility from laptop to tablet. Only downside is when you close the screen, it didn't stay completely closed so small items can't get between the screen and keyboard. This could lead to a potential screen crack. Need to be careful when storing in a bag.

This has become a $1400 paperweight over time. A useless laptop which the secondary HDD does not function. The keyboard keys fall out (or off) when they want. Registering your warranty with ASUS is USELESS if you want to repair the second HDD or anything else that has nothing to do with functioning. I would NEVER recommend this or anything ASUS to anyone I cared about. Completely useless garbage laptop at the end of the day, which costs so very f***ing much initially, so please STAY AWAY!!
