This laptop works great and I haven't had any isuues. I usually just use it for photos and videos. I would give it a 5 star but I do find it is slightly slow at time when I'm online.

We have been Apple-product users, but purchased this for our son who is in an architecture program. The specs are amazing - it has everything we could want or need as far as speed and memory/capacity.

Buying a certified open box computer seemed risky online so I went to the store and received excellent help. The product was in excellent condition and its performance exceeeded my expectations.

Was a bit apprehensive about getting a 2 in 1. To my surprise it actually has made my gaming and stock trading experiences easy. Response time by the hard drives is great and fast

Purchased a Lenovo first not knowing much about the brand. All I can say is horrible. Didn't run programs, froze all the time. Decided to try this Asus. Happy I did. Works great!

Not as great as I expected. Has no way to hard wire, only wireless. Touch screen is nice. but miss my 17 in. screen it only comes in 15

Needed to re-install the operating system (Windows 10) to be able to run Office 360. Still there is a minor conflict with WORD.

This computer is great for most office projects. And it gets the job done. If you are looking for one that performs graphic intensive work, look to a more powerful one.

Asus is one of the top maker of motherboards and computer related products. When I build a custom computer, it generally has an Asus motherboard in it. I like this Laptop, no problems.

Great little PC for all my creative work. Tons of storage, great combination overall! Would give 4.5 for finish which takes fingerprints easily, but I wont knock a star off for it.

Liked my laptop so well I helped my son pick out this one. Works for the retired set as well as the younger, more gaming set. No problems so far and meets all his expectations.

Easy setup, packaged well. Computer was as advertised and the Best Buy associate was up to speed on its capabilities and was able to explain features objectively for comparison.

Still learning basics to it. Haven't used this lap top much yet to know much about its features. Slowly but surely it will be better acquainted with my new laptop

First what good is a 4K UHD 15.6" screen? Windows recommends a 250% magnification. That's effectively less than HD (1080). I have my music collection on the 2TB HDD. Playback pauses occasionally, apparently due to disk or system problems. No problems with playback from a network drive or a buss powered USB drive. Right clicking on the track pad started not working after about 3 weeks.

The computer has so many features it helps me to stay organized. It has helped me to stay focused on my projects and continues to be a benefit for my job.

The specs for this device are really good for its price. Really well built machine too. My only problem was the fan. It makes a small electronic high pitch noise that after 5 days I could not longer ignore. I checked the same device been displayed at the store and it made the same noise. Because of this I returned the device and I got a surface pro 4 i7. My advice, go to best buy and check the device at the store (Run virus scan, wait 2 min and put your ear close to the device). If you do not mind the noise then you should definitive buy it. If you mind the noise then try a different device. Note: I have to say, love bestbuy. The fact that I can check the device at the store and easily make a trade rocks! excellent customer support. Also, I am impressed that the price are as good or better than amazon Thank you best buy. PS: i do not work or own best buy shares.

Very nice 2n1, having problem with keyboard turning off in tablet mode! Other than that an excellent machine.

I've been using Asus products for over 10 years. This computer replaced a laptop that was 7 years old and still working. Very pleased with the quality and features.
