This computer works very well. My first windows computer in a long time, does every thing I need it to. Only reason it gets 4 stars is because the battery drains pretty quickly.

I read reviews & compared specs on so many laptops I didn't know if I would ever find the right. Well, this one was it! Got an Excellent Certified laptop and couldn't be happier. Almost a month and no problems. Starts up fast and has tons of storage. 4K screen is beautiful. I mainly use this for photography (Lightroom & Photoshop) and it handles it well, even while running other programs. For the price and specs you can't beat this laptop.

Worth looking at because of the sizable SSD system drive and large built-in data drive. Cons: 1) black finish stains from skin contact. Areas are glossy'ish / darker as if oil stained. Doesn't seem to dissipate over time. Weird. Really disappointing for someone who takes very good care of their stuff. 2) fully charged battery life is ~4 hrs w mostly idle use with occasional download of pics/vids from drones and subsequent playback, light browsing, all at HD, NOT 4K display setting. Yes, even in battery saver mode and configuring screen and system sleep timers. If I have it on while watching a basketball game on TV while occasionally using it and not configuring sleep modes for display and system, it will go from 4+ hrs to low battery alert in a span of two hours (not in 4K mode). 3) HEAVY - heavier than say near-equivalent Samsung Notebook 7 Spin of same display size and 128 SSD and 1 TB spinning drive. 4) graphics card software, Dropbox all nag for sign-up/registration. 5) Win10 needs to be configured so it's not updating when you need to use it. Fail. Not an Asus thing, but be aware. Pros: 1) well equipped 2) black 3) no issue w keyboard or touch pad being active while in tablet mode

I've been using this 2 in 1 for about a week now and I've had no issues with the mousepad, touchscreen or switching from tablet mode to pc mode and back. mousepad area isn't very slick and works well and the touch screen accuracy is good. Not sure about issues others are having but for me this pc has been a solid replacement for my old surface pro 2 at a similar price point (this 2 in 1 was 1299.99 on sale recently)

Is everything that I wanted plus more. Would recommend it to all my friends and fellow camera users

Liked the graphics, solid state, processor speed, and the keyboard or tablet functions. Very pleased.

Doing really well with this product. Purchased one and had to return it due to a failure of the HDMI connection to external monitor. Best Buy immediately replaced it with an identical one. Had one or two brief episodes with same problem but seems to be working well now (6 weeks later). I love the two drives! The solid state drive is extremely fast with programs. The spinning drive has plenty of capacity for any storage needs.

With awesome speed and incredible storage, this sleek computer seems to have it all. The flexibility to flip over to a tablet style device with a responsive touch screen and crisp 4K resolution seems to be icing on the cake. It has dedicated RAM with an excellent graphics card...what else would one one want? Maybe backlit keyboard?--got that too! Cool matte black finish? Got it! Bonus woofer? Even has one--Just over the top!

Great resolution screen, perfect size, super fast, great software. Only dissatisfaction is that the touch-pad mouse will pick up movement of your hand as you're typing and the cursor will jump randomly and continue typing or assume you're trying to click on something. I've brought the laptop in to specialists and they can't figure out if there's a way to fix it.

This is a very fast machine, great graphics and I like that it is also very light weight.

Nice powerhouse laptop, nice screen, boots from power off in seconds. 2.5 TB of storage is nice. Long battery life! (10 hrs +) I really like this computer overall! Cons: there were some bad sectors on the hard drive. The nice high res screen was too high res for a couple of apps (namely Quicken and Visual Studio). Had to reduce the screen res by half to make those two usable. All others were fine.

I rated this 5 stars because its awesome, not perfect, but a wonderful convergence of snappy silicon and a beautiful display. I use my device as my primary work computer and to indulge in pc gaming and/or playing xbox games in bed. The computer is also nice looking and feels wonderful in your hands. The touch screen works much better than I anticipated. Great buy for the all around laptop.

Was looking for a new laptop that could handle Photoshop & Lightroom for processing photos. Bought this one due to it having 16mb memory, dedicated video card and both ssd & hard drive. Got a great deal since it was open box item. Only gripe its that the speakers on the bottom of the unit and towards the back. Hard to hear anything when its on a table.

The 4K display is the foremost feature that drew me to this laptop. The touch screen works great and the brightness and color purity seems to be really good as well. The facial recognition works well with good lighting, but in a dimly-lit room it has trouble identifying me. The SSD is really quick to boot the operating system, and the additional HDD is great for all my photos.

Awesome product. Boots up in seconds and loads programs in no time at all. The only downside is that the battery does not last very long when consistently using this computer. The last downfall is that it can get very hot while plugged in on your lap. Other than that this is a great machine and I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.

I love my new ASUS 2in1. Awesome picture and the touch screen is great! It is lighting fast and great when flipped to a notebook. Only took off a star because it is a bit tricky to get the screen to lock on the notebook setting. It has a 10key if anyone is wondering.

I think the laptop is fantastic, beautiful screen, excellent sound, stays cool, plows through games and so on. I just have an audio card headphone jack issue. I have to move it a certain way to get it connected right.

This is a great laptop, however, because it has a super high resolution screen, it required some additional code to make Adobe and other software readable (the display needs a magnifier app to read it.) The solution was not straightforward; needed "manifest" files. After a slow start the computer works great. I like it a lot.

I'm extremely pleased with this product, screen quality, touch screen, speed and 2 hard drives, combined with no bulk. Also functions as a notebook. The only negative for this laptop is that it does not have a disk drive. Purchasing an external drive was a a drawback. Would have been nice if it had been part of the unit
