I do like the laptop but wish it came with a dvd player as I had many programs that required reloading. Also I did buy a basic dvd player and because Windows 10 does not recognize any external dvd player, be sure to download a software that will both regular and Blue-Ray!!! It was a big headache for me!

I've had this laptop for close to 2 months now and I love it. I could not believe the pricetag for the amount of power that it has. The touch screen works great and it's really cool that it doubles up as a tablet. Beautiful 4K display and the screen is very big, which i like. I know some people prefer smaller laptops, so keep that in mind.

So many great features to this laptop! Love the touchscreen capabilities and the flip screen option. The size of the screen is perfect for me. I have a Surface Pro 3 and although I like the Surface Pro 3 I feel this is better for me because it has a larger screen and I also have the ability to keep it on my lap wherever I am sitting.

I bought this laptop for this upcoming semester at college as an engineering major. I absolutely love the laptop. It runs well and I love having the 2 in 1 feature.

I love this laptop. It has fast CPU plenty of memory. I had a couple problems with authentication with My Hello but they are gone now after windows upgrades. I don't use it as ipad and has no plan to do it. If you cannot start it after some upgrades just hold start button for about 1 minute to have reboot.

I have had this unit for about six months now and have never a problem with it yet. The SSD dive is lightning fast booting up instantly! More storage than one would ever use. Love the converting option of this unit. This is absolutely the best of all worlds, you can'y go wrong with this ASUS laptop!

The screen is super but this dual core processor is just not up to serious photoshop editing. A good computer but could use a quad core processor and a little more RAM. Good for casual use not up to very heavy processing.

This is just what my mother needed. It was good to have quality support in the store rather than someone just pushing us to a solution. Much better result in the end. Definitely on the quality end of the spectrum and the audio is something she really enjoys.
