Please do not purchase Asus products. Purchased this on 9/13 (open box) and on 12/31 I contacted Asus because my touch pad had been giving me issues but more importantly my Wifi card had quit. I was told there was only a 3 month warranty on open box items. Asus does not stand behind their expensive equipment. Also be very careful when purchasing open box items because they say you have a warranty from the factory but here is what can happen. Now I have a $1100 dollar brick I can't get on the internet with.

Good laptop, very fast. Only thing I have is probably not being used to a laptop anymore. Only a couple USB ports, and flipping it to use your own keyboard can catch you off guard at first, but works realtively easily until it decides a key is hit and ... flip it over and back again. I wanted something that I could use at my desk as a desktop or take outside with me to work on my porch. It works great for what I need, and has plenty of memory. No problems, just probably not really for me. I am missing my bigger screen.

I decided on this laptop for many reasons (processor, ssd, screen and integrated 10-key). I am pretty pleased with the whole package. Only disappointment is the 10-key, it is slightly different than a regular 10-key, but I understand the sacrifice with the overall size of the computer/keyboard.

This computer has a NVidia GEForce graphics card, a 2 TB hard drive for lots of storage and 256GB SSD drive for fast access. The display is great. Edited and rendered videos in seconds. Folds back and works well as a tablet also. I use a Bamboo Ink stylus that works well with this PC/Win 10.

Solid laptop if you know how to spell "warranty". I shopped for this laptop to replace an older similar Asus laptop. I was getting this sale price for an open box. Screens nice. GPU bottleneck. G'me my rewards points, baby!

This ASUS laptop is a replacement for a 2011 HP. I was looking for 4K Touch screen and ample HDD storage. I found all this in this good laptop. I have been using it for about 3 wks. I love the Screen and the keyboard. The touch pad is too sensitive at times and then many times will not respond. If I wait 1-2 secs then it will come back alive. I am not sure what the problem is? I have not adjusted the setting yet to figure this out. This is only reason I gave a good rating instead of excellent. I will keep you guys posted on progress for the touch screen.

on all models, there is almost a spotlight with black screen. A bit noisy fan. Overall excellent build and good manufacturer.

This laptop is amazing for gamers like myself! The graphics are on another level of greatness. Asus is the king of gaming laptops! Hands down! There are other great ones but this model should be replicated to be sold more for less

I brought this ASUS model (ASUS - 2-in-1 15.6" 4K Ultra HD Touch-Screen Laptop Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2TB HDD + 256GB SSD - Gun Metal Gray) in mid April 2020 and spent more than $1400.00, after two months the the port pin where you put the charging wire in computer broke down. I sent that for repair to ASUS site to get it repaired. The company is not taking the ownership to repair rather asking me to pay them $660's. First of all I made this mistake to buy this computer which is a piece of trash, secondly this same thing happened to my previous ASUS computer. So definitely ASUS is using really cheap parts in their base model. Looks like they make cheap computers with cheap parts and charge more, then they forget to replace cheap parts when they sell expensive value computers. This is some think I came to know from some one.

The 4K resolution and brightness is beyond amazing. The display is clear and breathtaking. The speed and build quality is second to none. When it comes to asus, this is what I expect. I enjoy the second hard drive, it is more of a value, compare to having a larger ssd.

The battery life is about 4 to 6 hours, not bad for a 4k touch screen. I have worked at a coffee shop for 5 hours with recharging. The speed is fantastic. You turn it on, and it comes on ready to go. This is a great computer and met all my expectations and then some.

I bought this computer on feb 2020. One month later it started to malfunction. The screen went black after I stopped using for a few minutes or a while, and had to force it off. A technician saw it and said it was a driver problem, but couldn't fix it entirely. A few weeks ago there was something that prevented me from connecting the charger to the notebook, so another technician opened it and took out a rubber that was bothering the charging pin (I attach two pictures). Then I was able to connect the charger but it DOESN'T CHARGE. So I sent it to the official technical support in Argentina (Techcom), and they made the diagnosis: the motherboard is faulty. It costs US 1300 to replace it (I paid the notebook US 1200!) or 12.000 argentinian pesos to repair it. I asked them to make a copy of the disk and they gave it to to me EMPTY. Luckily I was able to buy a mac. I never buy Asus again in my life.

Beautiful laptop design and multi-functional use from laptop to a tablet in a second. However, the network adaptor chip internally died after using it for 1.5years disabling the laptop itself from having wifi/bluetooth capability without a wifi usb adaptor plugin on the side externally. Never damaged the laptop or abused it, perfect condition. Also, it has a decent graphics card for gaming in regards to laptops these days still. The downside to that is that ASUS designed this laptop to only plug the HDMI cord into the intel graphics card and not the NVIDIA one. That is a no-brainer and poor design flaw on their part. Don't waste your money on this one. On the positive side, the computer has a great screen and it fast for everyday use and Microsoft Office work.

Replaced my MacBook Pro with a cheap PC and did not care for it at all. Kept it for just a year and choose this computer as an upgrade. This computer is fast and a joy to use daily. Reminds me of my old MacBook Pro days but now with a fast and reliable PC.

I don't use this computer anywhere near its potential and haven't had to use it very much so far, but for what I have used it's great. very fast for my needs. It is a real step up compared to my old 2014 computer. I love it so far.

This laptop has been amazing. It has obviously has no problem running any productivity stuff I've thrown at it, it has even taken any game I've wanted to play. It isn't a high end gaming machine but I'm not a hardcore gamer I just like to play once in awhile.

I use this laptop for work and it functions perfectly. It is super fast and is very user friendly. I use the tablet mode often. The 4K screen has an amazing picture. Overall an absolute fantastic laptop. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.

This is a very nice size computer. The issue I have is it freezes when on internet responding or opening e-mails no matter what browser you're using or e-mail server you have, AOL, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. Told QuekSquad about it and they adjusted startup settings. That helped a bit. Hoping it gets better as I use this laptop more and more. My programs, though, are working fine. Used my old laptop to see if I would be having this issue, and my old laptop responds better and perfect when on the internet responding or opening emails. Be mindful of the hotkeys. On this ASUS, you can shut them off by a quick fix, and use your own F1, etc., hot keys.

Great Laptop. Solid build, nothing that falls apart easily if dropped lightly. It is fast. Slight knock, even though speaker is loud, it slightly hollow, have had older & cheaper laptops with better bass.

I love the foldaway 2n1. 4K has great graphics and good screen quality. Computer has good memory. The touchscreen features is excellent addition to any computer. Purchased as an open box and received great customer service and guarantee.
