The only trouble I’ve had is signing in to one of my bank accounts. Unfortunately the agent I got with Geek Squad over the phone didn’t do me any good. I finally figured it out myself.

It starts up quickly, is fast when doing searches, and is lightweight, so it is easy to move around. I think it is very good value for the price. I would purchase it again.

Certainly understand your concern regarding the short battery life.
In order to improve or prolong the battery charged time, please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter.
Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used.
