The only problem I have with this laptop is the touchpad. Sometimes it tends to become over-sensitive and under-sensitive and overshoot when moving the mouse pointer. Good display quality.

We git this for video editing. It has plenty of speed and spave to do what we need.

I needed a laptop that was FAST. And this one was a good buy @ Best Buy!

Overall a great product. Numeric keypad is a little off center, creating some typos, but I’ll get used to it. Battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like, but other than that it’s a good product and performs well.

I am giving ASUS a second chance on this laptop. I feel my previous ASUS's lifetime of 3 years was disappointing for the price I paid. I like the lit keyboard feature and well as the pantone color calibration (I think that's what it's called) as I edit photos. I would wish that they had another USB port as I use one for my mouse, one for my Passport backup. I usually download GoPro files so that's why it would be nice to have another USB port. All in all it's a very nice laptop and hopefully it'll last longer.

so far this is the best laptop I have ever owned. I was very expensive and that was on a sale price but it is very fast and i love the 4k. I don't think i will have to expand the memory anytime soon either.

Fast, great storage, and I can play steam games. Love that's I can flip it to tablet mode.

This laptop is great. It is ultraportable, great battery life with Touch Screen which I love in 4k. The Dual fans that are very responsive. Dual fans are very responsive, I have already done some light to medium gaming and the fans keep the temperature pretty good. It has a great back lit keyboard and the keys are far enough apart with good depth, resistance, and size. Overall a great value laptop

This computer is so much faster than my old one and has many more functions. And the people at Geek Squad transferred all my programs/information from the old computer to this one, along with deleting everything from the old computer so I could pass it on to someone in need of a computer. Excellent computer! Excellent Geek Squad!

My son loves this laptop; we've only had for a month but it is great for browsing, word processing and gaming. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because we have not tested it against time yet.

I was shopping for a new laptop and narrowed it down to a few select models. This and the 15" MBP. I initially purchased this because it was significantly cheaper than the comparable MBP. But as they say, you get what you pay for. It was a lot slower than the laptop i was replacing (a 2014 MBP) and was loud with the fan always running. Long story short i returned it and stayed in the apple family with the MBP.

The hardware is nicely designed, but twitchy. I had to disable the touch screen because it constantly popped up windows and started programs I didn't want. Windows 10 still has serious problems. I occasionally get windows displayed that are unresponsive and I have to reboot to get rid if them. Using Start10 eased some of the issues. I often have to double-click several times on an icon to get the program to start or to open the file. Modifying the mouse response doesn't seem to help. The lack of a built-in DVD is annoying. External drives require two USB ports. This machine only has two, so I can't use my mouse and DVD at the same time.

Very fast computer with very clear screen. Good for autocad

We've only had this laptop for about a month, but so far it has been great. It was easy to setup and is very fast. The display is crisp and crystal clear. Time will tell if it holds up well.

Saw this was a deal too good to pass up. My old Lenovo 2/1 has lived a good life, but I need something with more power and space. Only thing I dislike is the odd shaped arrow keys.

Excellent system for my desktop away from home. I really like the precise 4K touch screen, the 2 in 1 versatility and the graphics capabilities. I'll use this as a stand alone display or with a another display for anywhere client presentations and working away from home. Everything was really easy to setup. Props to ASUS & Microsoft

This laptop has lots of processor power (i7), plenty of RAM (16gb), lots of storage (2TB) and lastly it has a 256MB solid state drive. All of this adds up to fast startup and loading of application and excellent overall performance. I have owned several Asus PCs and I've always been happy with them.

Very fast laptop and amazing resolution great for gaming

This laptop is awesome. 4k with awesome Screen quality, speed, keyboard with number pad are all great features to have in a laptop. I love the Metal Gray too. I would have preferred to have a 512GB but it wasn't available. In my opinion laptops should stop being made with 256GB across the board. The only other thing I am not liking is the hinge. It is a bit stiff and makes it difficult to open at times, requiring both hands. While this seems like being nit-picky, it sometimes is cumbersome as I walk around with the laptop to present things. Overall, great Laptop.
