Usually I buy the $400.00 and under computers. I began making videos 2-3 years ago. Needed one with more memory, better recording audio and camera which this computer offers. Am pleased with everything except the only USB port is touchy and the power connector is touchy, too.

We got rid of of our desktop and wanted a laptop only to manage everything. Everything was transferred on this, and I have tons of memory left which will take years to fill. It's FAST, PICTURE QUALITY IS GREAT, & PERFECT for handling everything we needed. ☆The sound is OK , BUT even turned up full blast it sounds like it's on MEDIUM☆

I really love my Asus laptop. I really like the keyboard size. I have the 10 key number pad, but a smaller version, and it works well for me. I also love the speed, which is great for everything that I do. The Best Buy people were fantastic at helping me pick out the right laptop, and the Geek Squad was able to get all of my files off my old one. Great experience all around!

3 month after I buying this laptop It start to get blue screen "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" at random time but it is still usable. couple month after, It happen whenever I tried to start it. contacted ASUS support and since it keep getting into blue screen we could not complete any troubleshooting. they ask me to send for repair with sending cost paid by me, reluctant but this is the only way to fix it. I got back my laptop within 2 weeks but the casing connected to speaker was wide open and casing scratches (forced open) on the right side. Complained and they send a label to reship it back to repair center, after another 2 weeks i received back the product and it still have scratches on top (side scratch fix), casing where the screen is bent inward, gap on the left side (not properly sealed), windows reboot it self and stating it failed to start properly with "repair" button shown, and a few more additional issue. Contacted Asus support again and they ask me to reship at my cost, I refused and ask to speak with the supervisor. explaining that with this it will be the 3rd time I need to send it to repair center and it was not my fault that they scratch and bent my laptop, I'm asking for a refund to this faulty product that has been mishandled couple times by the repair center and he said he cant but he will try to get it replaced and give me expedited shipping. I have lost all trust on this brand. PS: can only upload 2 image, but you can see a sample of the damage done by the repair center.

This computer meets all the demands for photo and video editing. It's compact design is a nice plus. The only downside is its battery life. It's says it has hours of power, but seems to get low after about two hours. I love using my Bamboo pen on the extremely versatile touch screen. You can work on the screen in many different postitions, I use it like a sketchpad for art projects.

Has more memory than HP which i returned. Fast speed. great computer.

Graphics are great, processor runs fast and smooth. Number pad on the side is great to have. Slim and lightweight for travel. Gets all my work done and a little Fortnite time. Battery life is good as well. Only con is the power button on the left side. Constantly hitting it to pick up the laptop, which turns it off. :/

I purchased this for my supervisor at work due to the extreme slow nature of it's predecessor. As of yet, he has yet to run out of processor or memory and has applauded my decision because it was under budget and faster than he had anticipated. Downfalls are the lack of Ethernet ports and sufficient USB ports.

I purchased this laptop to replace a Toshiba I had been using primarily for work for several years. I do photography for an Autogroup, processing and uploading about 600-1000 high resolution photos each day. I have been very pleased with he way this ASUS 2 in1 performs. It uses a newer generation Intel i5 core processor than my old laptop and has 12GB of DDR4 Ram verses 8GB in my previous laptop. The performance is good and I don’t have an issue with the boot up speed or the speed of launching applications. Overall I feel this is a good workhorse laptop and a good value for the money.

It is light. Very easy to navigate not to mention easy to handle

I had to upgrade from an HP Envy 256GB SSD to the ASUS - Touch-Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive because the HP SSD didn't have sufficient hard drive space. I've been very pleased even though it can be slow to boot up.

Offers a lot for the price! Lightweight for the size.
