Earlier I had a laptop with a monitor attached. THIS ONE fit on my desk perfectly and I no longer have the glitches in the screen as the attachments caused before.

It was either too bright, too much contrast or not enough. Was sharp and crisp, but maybe too much blue light or maybe flicker was the problem- my eyes are hyper sensitive to certain lights. (no I haven't checked the product in depth for tech specs such as flicker)
