Good monitor and easy set up

It would have been nice to know at purchase that I would need this cord for the two to be compatible. I don't remember seeing any type of alert message about the need for this cord. I suppose I could have overlooked one though. I would recommend this item to a friend, but I would make sure to tell him or her to purchase the compatibility cord if computer is HP.

Great when setting up dual monitors

Decent monitor for the price

We use the computer all day every day for scheduling, billing, customer and caregiver concerns… Still in service. Looks great. Works like a champ

Terrible Customer Service

Tried to return it and Best Buy refused because I had it for 2 days over the return and didnt purchase their extended warranty. Was told to contact Asus. Asus customer service was excellent and much easier to work with.

Had to return
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to return this monitor because Best Buy's specs said it had an HDMI port, which it does not have. The company, likely due to my complaints, has corrected the specs. I really can't accurately review it otherwise. So ignore my stars and whether I would recommend it.
