I bought this 24" monitor as a second monitor to use next to my iMac. My ancient 19" LCD monitor was not compatible with the new Netflix movie-watching software, so it gave me an excuse to upgrade. To connect the new monitor to the iMac, all I needed was an HDMI-to-Mini-Display-Port adapter (which I also bought from the Best Buy web site) and it worked perfectly. The Asus picture quality is great, and it has the DVI, VGA, and HDMI ports that I wanted. With 1080p resolution and built-in speakers at a very reasonable price, I am completely satisifed with this purchase.

Does a good job for the price. If you need instructions they aren't very good. Sound quality is lacking and very low. Had some desk top speakers so I used them. Nice size for the money!

My son is building a gaming computer and wanted a good monitor so I went with this one. When buying a monitor for gaming you want great resolution and a fast response time. This model offers full 1080p HD and a 2ms response time. Honestly I wanted to buy a BenQ brand monitor but it was hard to justify spending the extra money to go from 2ms down to 1ms. All in all it offers a lot of bang for the buck, lightning quick with a great picture and it doesn't hurt your wallet too bad.

This monitor exceeds my expectations; I'm currently saving up for a second one. Crisp display, excellent colors, fast response time.

This is a great buy! I don't buy anything else but Asus monitors. Clear picture and response time.

We purchased this monitor for my son who enjoys playing online games. The ASUS has great resolution and clarity.

I have always liked the price paid for ASUS monitors because the picture is magnificent. On this 23 inch model though the bezel is rather wide so if you want it for your living room great. I was trying to match one with a smaller, less shining bezel. The bezel is almost 3/4 inch

Bought this for my son, who is away at college and took a smaller monitor with him, as a surprise. He loves it! He says color is good, no lag on the monitor and is enjoying it everyday!!

Bought this as a monitor for my sons gaming PC. So the refresh rate was the most important factor (under 8ms). My son loves it. I loved the price.

The monitor looks great and has a nice clean look. I like the back lite glow. Haven't done much gaming with it yet, but general internet/desktop application use it looks good. I replaced a set of desktop speakers with the built in speakers in the monitor and the sound isn't as nice, but overall I'm very happy with the product.

Easy to set up. I use the computer mostly to upload and edit photos. Love how clear it is!

I bought this monitor for a cheap gaming desktop and it seems to work fine. I like that it has sound included, though the sound quality is understandably low.
