I WILL NEVER BUY ASUS AGAIN! I bought an ASUS ET2321IUTH about two month ago. When I set all things up, I notice that desktop's fan was constantly on and off, even if you were not running any program. It's like a ghost lives in your desktop and breathing all the time! So I go back to Bestbuy and exchange for another ET2321IUTH. Everything works just fine until last week, the touch screen suddenly stopped working. "OK, it's fine. Touch screen is useless to me." I told myself. However, the left two USB port on the back stopped working yesterday. Then the USB Port which I plug my iPhone in at the bottom of the monitor is on and off. So my iPhone goes crazy. The charging screen and lock screen is flashing over and over again. I can't stand this piece of shoot any more. I never purchased a decent ASUS device since 2006! It has already been three times. Every time I buy a ASUS, I will regret later. I don't know this time how I could be so stupid to buy ASUS again even if I've already had two unpleasant experience with ASUS product. SO I THINK I DESERVE IT. I DESERVE THE ANGER, FRUSTRATION AND COST TO BUY ASUS AGAIN. I will not recommend any one to buy ASUS for the rest of my life.

This was my christmas gift. I got it at a terrific price and was very impressed with the features, the storage capacity, the amount of RAM, not to mention touchscreen as well. Has great sound too. It boots up much faster than my laptop both of which have the Core I3 processor. To date I have not found anything about it I don't like. Everything works just as it should. I am learning to like Windows 8 the more I work with it. I did upgrade it Windows 8.1 but had to remove it after it caused my bluetooth not to work. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone.

I bought this pc for my kids. It worked great, but exactly 1 year and 1 week after the purchase problems started to happen. First, the hard drive started having issues booting up. Now the motherboard is shot and the pc won't turn on. ASUS used to make great products, but it looks like they are cutting a lot of corners. If you want to throw your money away, please just give it to me.

I purchased this computer only 8 months ago. Now it won't let me connect to WiFi all of a sudden. I call technical support and the guy tells me it's my Internet. He doesn't even listen to the problem I'm having. My other devices connect fine. The computer says WiFi is turned off push the button on the front of the computer. The button is on the keyboard and nothing happens when I push it.

Bought this PC to kick off another new business. PC was nothing but trouble. Failure of Windows 8, unit would not maintain MS Office causing numerous system failures and a tremendous slow down in performance . Within days of the purchase, Windows 8 continued to have failures with the system requiring repairs along with continuous system updates needing to be downloaded and never retaining the updates. PC continued to force "Restore to last point" prior to failure which take forever. Having taken the advice from the Best Buy Sale Rep regarding how good this PC was and how it was so much better that the slightly higher priced Dell we were originally interested in, I'd say the sale rep needs to research his products a bit better. Lesson Learned, don't listen to the sale rep, follow your instincts, do your research and get a brand that you trust. Bottom line, this bad purchase on my part cost me and my company Thousands of Dollars in regards to the start of up our latest company due to the delays experienced while going through system repairs, lengthy, redundant and time consuming reboots, uninstalling and reinstalling MS Office. Don't waste your time with the ASUS Products and follow your instincts regarding your PC purchase.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Absolute slowest computer I have ever owned. I purchased this and should have returned it the day I bought it. While updating to Windows 10 (which I was forced to do as soon as I turned the computer on) I had to contact asus twice for issues. I have never had to contact customer support on any other device I have ever owned. My experience with their customer support did not build any confidence in the brand.
I have now only had the computer 6 months and it takes too long to do anything. You can forget about using any gopro editing software or even Rosetta stone. It is a flashback to the early 90s. Double click the icon and leave the room, when you get done wit has the next commercial break the program might be open. And you better save absolutely everything as you work. I have had word freeze up and close due to the computers speed.
Do not waste your money.

Great Computer but lasted last than 6 months

The computer has worked great. This was purchased on June 2014. I am writing this review after 5 months of using the computer and the computer has now discontinued working. I believed that ASUS products were much better than most companies. This is the reason why I choose an ASUS pc over the other brands but it looks to have failed sooner than expected for any computer period. I expect a computer to last anywhere from 3-5 years but a computer lasting only 5 months doesn't seem logical at all.

Worse PC Ever

I even bought an extra screen so I would have a dual screen. And I bought AUS screen as well. When you have dual screen audio goes away. Computer does not work well with wireless keyboard. Worse yet when I do use dual screen the pc on occasion reboots on its own. If I don't have dual screen everything seams to work...but I bought specifically on the bases of dual screen. Most disappointed PC purchase I have ever had.
