I was searching for weeks and came across this 5300. Stats vs cost it’s well worth the cost. I had a and gigabit connection and got nearly 900+ Milla bytes consistently just under a gigabit absolutely amazing product

Amazing fast and super stable network. My wireless AC laptop link speed is 780 Mbps @ 5 GHz and my AC phone is over 800. If you have the internet speed (150+ Mbps) and wireless AC devices you will be happy.

The wifi range is best I've ever had. Waiting to find the right deal on a better router and then I think lag will finally be nonexistent in my home :-)

This is a great router. Our old router did not get very good range to our deck area that is far from the office, this one has no issue anywhere on our acre of property.

Nice design, fast, good range, antennas not stable come loose and fall over a short time, mine just stopped working after 3 months, lights stopped powering up, had comnected to a power strip surge protector. Poorly made circuit board. Go With Netgear or Belkin! GENERIC OVER PRICE GARBAGE. ALWAYS GET A WARRANTY FROM B.B. FOR ELECTRONICS.

This router is awesome, it's big and powerful. Does a great job keeping up with all my devices. Multiple streaming devices streaming all at once are not a problem for this beast. Pick it up, you will not regret it.

This router is no joke. With all the features it comes with, it's totally future proof. Super easy set up with super fast streaming experience. Can't say enough good things about this solid product. Go buy one and enjoy it as much as I do!

Upgraded to this router from the Nighthawk x6. I thought it would be better. It seems when I have the 3 guest networks on and my private networks running on 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz, and 5Ghz-2 they don't want to connect to my iPhone on the 5Ghz-2 encrypted connection. It takes up to 5-10 minutes to find the network to connect to even though it's saved! This could be a firmware fix I hope so. I spent good money on this router and if the WiFI doesn't work like it did on my Nighthawk x6 I might as well go back to the Nighthawk x8.

Got this device to replace the Netgear X10 I originally purchased. Overall very pleased with the speed and functionalityof the unit. I have 22 devices accessing it and have had no issues or complaints so far.

This is my second purchase of the AC5300. The first was struck by lightning but only fried the internet port. I liked it so much I bought this overly-priced router again because of the niceties of it.

This router has been amazing. Admittedly I am a fan of Asus, however this was extremely easy to set up and it hasn't given me a lick of trouble. I absolutely love it.

Blistering speeds on all devices. Consistently seeing 100+ Mbps on speedtest.net when I was toping out at 20 Mbps with my old router on the same XFINITY connection. Awesome having separate networks too. Totally worth the upgrade.

Works well and easy to install instructions, The box was well package, everything you need is included. Range is far and strong WiFi. Footprint is not that large, it's stable is what I like.

I am a fan of Asus routers and I purchased this router to increase my speeds to my devices throughout the house. No drop connections and my devices are always connected. Will buy again.

Upgraded my RT-AC86 router and Ai-Mesh system. Noticed that with recent technology we have 30+ wireless devices in our home, and there was a few spots with less than optimal coverage. With the AC5300 the areas were we sometimes experienced poor video streaming coverage have been resolved. Integrates seamlessly with the Ai-Mesh system, and by having a 3rd band, one of the 5gh bands is dedicated to "inter-access point" communications speeding up all wifi connections on our network! Been a huge fan of Asus since they have rolled out their Ai-Mesh solution!

When it comes to security, speed, and worrying free connectivity, this is the one the only ASUS! If your wanting extreme speed, this it!

Love the alien router. Phenomenal speeds and more options than I know how to configure. I have never been more happy with a router.
