Bought this to replace old Motolola Wireless router/modem & take some control back from Comcast!. My internal network speeds have gone through the roof. Downloads from the web have more than doubled in speed (181Mbps plus). The 5G network is faster than LAN connection. Uploads still around 12Mbps, believe this is Comcast restricting, not the router. It's expensive but worth it. Only complaint, some of the 8 aerials fall undone so have to be taken past vertical to stay up.
