It’s slow, freezes often, and can barely handle basic tasks without lagging. The battery dies much faster than advertised, and the overall build feels cheap. I expected something reliable, but this device has been nothing but frustrating. I would not recommend this Chromebook to anyone looking for good performance or durability.

We certainly understand your disappointment with the quality of this Chromebook and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing stability and performance issues, and battery is draining faster than normal.
Since this is a web-based computer and relies on an internet connection for system stability and performance, ensure it has access to a stable and a high-speed internet service. Additionally, by clearing browsing histories and minimizing the number of opened browser tabs will help improve and maintain optimum system stability and performance. Furthermore, ensure this unit is running with the most current OS update. The battery life on this Chromebook is approximately 12 hours of light to medium workload. To improve or prolong the battery charged time, try to do battery calibration manually. To start with, drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully charged, use it without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, ensure this Chromebook is running with the most current Chrome OS update.
