This keyboard does its job but it is not very practical to keep changing accessories. I do not recommend it nowadays, there are better versions. I also want to add a complaint to BestBuy for taking away my points that I had stored in the points bank. They removed them when they made the change from storing points to only credit card customers. I contacted support and they told me they would return them to me, but this never happened and in the end they just said they couldn't return them to me. I don't know if this was because I am a foreign customer (Mexican) but I find the treatment ridiculous when I have spent more than 20,000 dollars on their website. But well, I guess I will start looking for alternatives. Another complaint is about a Christmas purchase where I bought several video games for the family. I bought them confidently because they had an extended warranty for returns but they did not validate this warranty. They told me that it was not applicable to video games when the website clearly showed that those items had that extended period of time.

Love the ability to remove the 10 key when I'm sitting down on the couch. I have also took the time to learn to use the 10 on the left hand side to increase productivity.

This keyboard is great; it meets all my needs. The tactile feel resembles a typewriter as your fingers touch the keys.

Though the amrory crate rgb software can be buggy, the keyboard has a preimum metal feel to it, key clicks fewl great, love the battery bars, charces via usb-C, no lag. Love it! Comes with nice cords too.

Great keyboard. Took some getting used to, the keys are very easy to push(mx reds) with no tactile feedback(and no horrible CLICK). CONS: No replacement key caps, if anything halogens or you want to simply change up. It is not an option. The posing of the key is coming off and bleeding light at the small ridge of the home keys. The small ridge to find home keys are almost non-existent and hard to find. I notice myself grazing the keys with my fingertips like I'm trying to read braille, in order to find the ridges for my index fiber placement, (F and J)
