I am really enjoying my new Chromebook. It's the first time using a Chromebook so it took a little getting used to but it's simple to learn. It also synced to my Google phone which is a cool feature. This model can tent and fold all the way back to use like a tablet. I love the source button but I miss the Caps Lock though. I'm excited to keep learning my new device.

My son for son reason has been burning through chromebooks and tablets. The screen resolution is amazing. The processing and graphics are awesome. He rarely uses it as a laptop . He loves it! This was a purchase made 2 years ago as an open box. The computer still runs at optimal speed. I never been a fan of anything outside hp or apple. Asus has made a believer out of me with more bang for the buck without sacrificing quality

Very fast for web browsing and working on web based apps, touch screen is very responsive and accurate. With the screen up at 100% I've easily gotten 7+ hours of battery life. If you reduce the brightness whioe working you can extend the battery life further. This has been one of the best purchases I could have made for both work and school.

Great laptop, easy to use for kids, touch works really well

I’m very happy to buy this laptop. It’s fast and it has very good quality speakers . It’s little bit exp but it has good quality of performance . It’s also touch screen.

Great machine. The screen is big and the touchscreen is awesome!

I've used Chromebooks for many years and I when I retired, the tech guys suggested this is what I wanted to use in retirement. I like that it can bend backwards and I can watch videos on it and not worry about folding and unfolding too much. Easy to use.

top notch for a basic chromebook with a full keyboard and number pad. the touch screen and flip in tablet mode is extremely user friendly, and the speed at which i can access all of my apps is phenomenal. highly recommend.

This is such a lightweight and portable machine. I work in Google Workspace for nearly every task at this point, so this chrome book is perfect for me. I love having the touch screen capability and the display is a great size. It was easy to set up and get going. A great value!

It's look like new work very fast and very good battery backup

Nice size screen. Fast loading pages. Nice that it has a touchscreen.

This is a well designed laptop hybrid. Its on the larger size which is perfect for me. I definitely recommend.

Really nice and fast and it looks good holds battery life well

I have been using my Asus for a month now and am very happy with the ease of use. It is super fast, the touch screen is wonderful, the light up keyboard is comfortable to use. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Got this for my mom who is not particularly computer savvy and just likes to watch YouTube. I like the large screen and ease of use and set-up.

The machine is a bit heavy Not sure of the weight. Some fort is too small hard to read.

Love it! Bright and very fast easy to flip from laptop to tablet

Wonderful experience I used Affirm and waa kept up to date via emails from Best Buy. It was delivered the next day in a secure box (no name box). It took me a few days to activate my NEW laptop BUT it was SO simple. It chatged in a hour . Loaded is 15 mins. Ive been using it everyday.

Great device! Fast, great video, and easy to use. Was able to begin using in minutes and had my web apps all up and running right away. No more messing around with Windows. Love the easy updates that get applied to Chrome too.

Absolutely fantastic chromebook! I've owned a few and this is without a doubt the best. I first bought the Lenovo i3 16", had it for 1 day and returned it. This is way better. 180 degree hinge, touch screen, SSD, and the key board IS backlit! Why BB says it isn't is a mystery. Great purchase, highly recommended!
