Not sure why it says 2in1, chromebook and tablet? Because it's not laptop, or atleast doesn't work like one. It works great. I love the huge screen. The sound is not any diffenrent from any other devices. the screen is not the best quality but atleast it's not bright that it hurts my eyes, so it's fine with me. Other than that, works great and worth what I paid.

This is my first Chromebook and I spent weeks researching the best option for my needs/budget. While it's not perfect, it's pretty dang close for what I need it for. It's fast, has great external esthetics, and even has a number pad which is so quite helpful. The 360 degree hinge is a game changer and it has a VERY solid structure to it. I've never once been concerned of the hinge malfunctioning or any other structural issue. My ONLY hangup is the track pad. If you're light with the pressure you use with your finger, it's not bad at all but, it's sort of "tacky" and there seems to be a decent amount of friction which makes it not glide smooth. Again, if you're very light with your touch, it's great. All in all I'd give this a 9.5 out of 10 on the Vin-O'-Meter (I'm Vin). I use it every day for work and personal and am very very satisfied with it. Only other hangup would be the screen, at times, could benefit from being brighter.

I’m very happy to buy this laptop. It’s fast and it has very good quality speakers . It’s little bit exp but it has good quality of performance . It’s also touch screen.

Wonderful experience I used Affirm and waa kept up to date via emails from Best Buy. It was delivered the next day in a secure box (no name box). It took me a few days to activate my NEW laptop BUT it was SO simple. It chatged in a hour . Loaded is 15 mins. Ive been using it everyday.

I love it. The screen is big and bright, the keys are backlit and comfortable to type on, and the speakers nice and loud too. I honestly can't find a flaw. I've owned 3 Chromebooks and this one is by far the best.

I bought this for my mom as hers was definitely outdated, this has been the best laptop- even over my MacBook… the quality and usability for the price is unbeatable! 10/10 would recommend wholeheartedly.

I am really enjoying my new Chromebook. It's the first time using a Chromebook so it took a little getting used to but it's simple to learn. It also synced to my Google phone which is a cool feature. This model can tent and fold all the way back to use like a tablet. I love the source button but I miss the Caps Lock though. I'm excited to keep learning my new device.

I love love my Chrome Book. I bought it to use for college homework and it exceeds my expectations. There are so many great features that I am still learning. I love the touch screen, the numeric key pad and the size. You won’t regret buying this!

Very fast for web browsing and working on web based apps, touch screen is very responsive and accurate. With the screen up at 100% I've easily gotten 7+ hours of battery life. If you reduce the brightness whioe working you can extend the battery life further. This has been one of the best purchases I could have made for both work and school.

This was just what I needed 2 complete my book called: From GR82CYA 2 Spirit B ing!! 2 b on bookshelves @12/25!! I really enjoy the simplicity, ease of operation, and touchscreen. It was a steal of a deal!! I've been without a computer 4 @10 years. This product is well worth its w8 in gold!! Lord James

The item was purchased open box. It is missing the charger (USB C) and one key plate is missing. In general, I like how the unit performs though it would be even better if the two minor things were addressed.

The machine is a bit heavy Not sure of the weight. Some fort is too small hard to read.

top notch for a basic chromebook with a full keyboard and number pad. the touch screen and flip in tablet mode is extremely user friendly, and the speed at which i can access all of my apps is phenomenal. highly recommend.

The speed is great and size is really but battery run out fast.

This is such a lightweight and portable machine. I work in Google Workspace for nearly every task at this point, so this chrome book is perfect for me. I love having the touch screen capability and the display is a great size. It was easy to set up and get going. A great value!
