I love this computer and it was shipped quickly. It was packaged well and was in excellent condition and works great!

It's great. Moves fast. I love the touch screen , so it almost feels like your on your phone.

I am super impressed with this laptop. I like the touchscreen. It does EXACTLY what I need it to and I love it. The kids even use it to play games and stuff. They love it. One of the best purchases for myself in a long time.

This is a great reliable product. Im still learning the product. So far it's working grest.

Really tho, its a 4.5. Battery life isnt what I expected, but I do watch a lot of videos.... my bad. SOOOO much better than a Windows laptop. Its very fast and NO bloated pre-installed programs!!! LOVE IT!!!!

It works for the simple things that I need to do on a computer. The price was in my budget. I am glad that you folks offer the open boxes. Thank you.

I love it! I love how fast and reliable it is. No problems so far. The battery lasts about eight hours with regular browsing and typing. With gaming it lasts about four hours or so. I like the fact the battery doesn't drain when not in use or asleep

Overall a good little laptop for the money, sometimes runs a little wonky, but when reset it runs a bit smoother, not a good laptop for surfing the net but works well for streaming.

I Absolutely love the quick start up and shutdown on this computer and the speed is amazing especially for the price I paid as it was an open box item in excellent condition. Once uou get used to the Chrome OS it really is quite nice.

It took time , but this is a chrome book with back lighting which I need.

excellent purchase I give a 100% Excellent purchase, I give a 100%, very happy

Great Everything I wanted in a chromebook Decent price Best buy pleasant service It’s a yes.

This Chromebook is great! The touch screen is perfect and the keyboard works well. This device is perfect for students (using google docs and the cloud), and those who like to socialize online without worrying about needing expensive protections.

Was skeptical to use a non-windows PC. Works great for day-to-day tasks.

This laptop is not like any other! I love the laptop/tablet feature!! The sounds watching movies and tv shows are amazing! The battery life is great! And also love the sleekness! I would buy again!!

This Chrome book is versatile, has a touch screen, and can be flipped to be into a tablet.. my boys love it..

It’s a great Chromebook. Very impressed! I don’t like Chromebooks but this one took me by surprise!

Our daughter uses it for her school and work loves it at first she thought it was too big for a Chromebook but loves the size now and says it is easier to read .

It is nice and fast. However, (perhaps this is just a thing for 16" laptops) the keyboard is too far forward. I would prefer the keyboard to be closer to me v the screen. Battery life is good, not great only lasts about 6 hrs on full charge. Lastly, the keypad numbers are too narrow, but I don't expect to be using them much.

This is the best Chromebook I've ever owned! It's well built, sleek, fast, an awesome large screen, with a backlit keyboard, and great sound. The screen could be brighter though, otherwise it's perfect!
