I"m sure this is a fine computer for someone that is more computer literate than I am. My previous computer was stolen in December, it was ans HP with windows 7. It had everything I needed on it. All the new computers come with Windows 10 and no programs for videos or movies. It's not compatible with my Canon video camera. I'm totally frustrated by the fact that I can't seem to find the right programs to do what I want to do with my computer. It is most likely a user problem and not a computer problem. Note: It didn't come with a user manuel.

I play Lord of the Rings Online regularly. This machine handles it great and does all of the other multimedia tasks I ask of it too.

The computer works as it's supposed to. That's where the problem starts. Microsoft is the only issue with this computer. Would get 5 stars if Microhell wasn't the operating system.

Still running strong after 4 1/2 years! Haven't had any issues and haven't added or changed anything internally.

It was great for the first day. I got office and an Internet protection software. The next day it wouldn't turn on. It kept giving me a blue screen and telling me to restart. I completely reset the computer and put everything back on. A few days later it did it again. I restart it again and only put office back on. I also hard wired it so it would run off the wifi anymore. I haven't had anymore problems since (knock on wood). It runs fast and I have been using it for my web design job for a few weeks now.

My Dad loves the fact that the computer only takes about 20 seconds to boot up, compared to 2+ mins with his old computer! Hybrid drive is a great feature!

Had this pc for about a month and I couldn't be happier with it. The specs are great and I got it for a great price with the student deal special. I swapped the psu and added a founders edition gtx 1070 to make a great gaming pc

If you aren't looking for a hi Octane gaming computer, then this should fit the bill. The specs are decent for a home use computer that will access email, the web and stream videos. Asus has a very good name in the motherboard industry and I expect that to carry over to their full computers.

This ASUS computer is fast I had a 500 gig solid state hard drive added and moved the OS over to it and set the 1 teribite drive up for storage and it is very fast now. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to upgrade or even buy their first computer to get this one.

This is a great pc and light quick. That is as long as windows 10 is not checking for an update and will not let u choose another default browser.

This computer has been working well so far, but there was one day with blue screen with nothing but CNN running on it, so getting little nervous...

I was planning on building my own system this time around. Then I saw this ASUS on sale at Best Buy for $569. I couldn't build this computer for that price so I bought it. So far it is an excellent system.

Can't beat the price. Great specs. Installed an upgraded video card and power supply. Now I have a gaming computer that will run most new games.

It has the faster operating system and that's noticeable. Very pleased with it's peformance

It seems as if bells and whistles are more important than utility. Windows 10 is bad enough. Office 365 - especially Outlook - yikes. I just want to check mail. Write mail. Need an auto obituary macro? No problem. Need a Klingon label maker? No problem. Need to file stuff? Take a day off to learn how to get past the cloud and find your file system. Need help? God helps those who help them selves. So does Microsoft.

Purchased as a replacement PC for school work. Works perfectly for that purpose, and even plays a few games along the way .

Everything has just been installed today. So far so good. New to and phobic about Windows 10. Still learning. Time will tell.

I had geek squad transfer my data from my HP which had developed a serious blue screen problem. I have had zero problems with the new computer. I highly recommend it and my thanks to the Best Buy sales person who recommended it to me.

A GOOD PC AFTER GREEK SQUAD GOT ME GOINMG THE RIGHT WAY.STILL SOME SMALL PROBLEMS.

Invest in an after market graphics card and you will have a decent gaming system.
