So far I love this computer! So light weight you'd think it's just a basic laptop - for a kid. But underneath the hood is a powerful computer that is fast and does everything I need it to and then some. I still haven't been able to push it to its limit. That being said I do have some issues with the one I purchased, namely battery life. One of the reasons I purchased this particular model was the reported 20+ hours worth of battery life, but so far the best I've been able to get out of it is 11 hours, and that with battery saver on, display turned down, all un-needed apps closed - basically with nothing running but the computer itself. And when charging it gets uncomfortably hot. So I did contact ASUS and they gave me a return ticket under warranty, no muss, no fuss. Bad thing is I use this for business and I'll be without a computer until a replacement comes in as it's a special order at Best Buy. Also wish it had a full number pad and touchscreen.

So far, this laptop has been an excellent choice for my son for college,,,, and with 32GB or RAM, and. 2TB SSD I think it will also possibly last him the full 4 years! It is blazing fast, and very responsive. Very pleased!!! I added a Targus USB-C dock to connect to his 21" LED monitors so he's got a great setup for his dorm.

This is my expriece after 1 year! I wish the screen was touch screen. The screen has a dull look to it unless the brightness is up. Once the battery runs low the laptops wifi disconnects and wont connect back to wifi unless you plug it back in. EVERYTHING ELSE IS GREAT!!! The size and feel of the laptop is great. It has like a wider feel to it instead of a tall feel like traditional laptops. The body is made of a nice matte blue material, its light weight and easy to cary/handle. The keyboard feels nice, The mouse pad is slightly to big. You cant hold this laptop in the air with one hand and control the mouse pad. the mouse pad will not work. because plastic bends and the long mouspad is part of that bend. The face deteaction worked great after updating the drive, the fingerprint scanner also worked great. I would stay away from upgrading to Windows 11 because its the tablet version of Windows. Windows 11 destroyed my love for this laptop. Luckly I picked up the 3 year service plan on it. I used the laptop for coding, which it worked great for. I thibk it would work for gaming but the screen is kinda dull. 4 Stars, This laptop should be 1400, not 2000. Little overpriced. I guess its for the 2 tb ssd....This is split into a 761 gb ssd drive and 1.11 TB ssd drive.

So far the best laptop I've ever owned. More than worth the money. Fast as they get, light, and (so far) no problems with performance.

Defective Audio -- first one returned due to same issue.. now 2 days after i get this 2K laptop the audio is crackled, staticy, garbled and worse than the 1st one. 2 other users gave the similar review. this is a defect in the laptop. Downloading new drivers doesnt work

Storage is one 2TB drive, not two 1TB drives but otherwise excellent!
