Lock, load, and let her rip. CD ready to go. I had a little trouble, (my own ignorance), in dealing with the DVD aspect, but after asking a friend w/more knowledge about such things, I'm off to the races!

Unit came 2 days sooner. Went to use and it is not compatible staff had no idea what they where talking about.

Unfortunately computers do not have CD slots any longer. This is very handy to use to play old CD's. ASUS brand prooved its quality again.

Even as an external unit, there is no lag in reading contents using a DVD as a data unit to read or write or watching a movie. The same with using it with CDs for data or listening.
