All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or, part that stop working prematurely under normal usage.

GREAT LAPTOP!!! BUT...

Very fast, nice keyboard, good graphics for videos, movies, and some casual gaming. Everything is perfect but honestly, the audio of the speakers is just not great. It sounds like the sound is coming from a box, that is kinda uncomfortable. Not complaining though, I guess it's just for the trade-off. But overall, very nice and economic and laptop!!! Highly recommended.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great laptop, the Nvidia graphics card is not like the high-end gaming laptops but for casual gaming and just getting work done the ssd, ram, and processor really makes this computer fast. You could say i7 is faster but I can keep up with i5 and can upgrade my ram if I want so, I think its a steal.
