I really like the flexible features on my 2in1. What I did not like was there's no warranty for refurbished items.
I would recommend this to a friend

Worst Laptop Ever

This is by far the worst laptop I have ever purchased. I purchased this laptop brand new and from the beginning have had problems with it. I have had this laptop for a little over a year now and my repair list includes, a new key board, a new hard drive, something to do with the sound , and also something to do with the fan. A new one that will soon be added to the list is a new battery as it will not stay charged. The best buy I have brought this laptop back to have been always been rude to me, so much so that my husband has to bring it in because I do not feel comfortable going by myself. The first time I brought it in it came back with a different issue, and ever since then it has been problem after problem. I will not be buying from Best Buy any longer, and will probably end up buying a different laptop. Oh and don't think Asus will do anything about the problems because I did contact them and they said they wouldn't do nothing about it. So I will not be buying or recommending Asus any longer as well. We spent over $1,000 initially including a warranty, then had to buy an additional warranty, plus parts and labor, we have spent well over $1,500. Save your money do not buy!!!!!!!
