Great dock for a good tablet

It will double the battery life you get out of the tablet and in my current use, I'm able to go for almost a week without recharging, but YMMV depending on your use. It definitely allows for all day use of the tablet without having a charge in the middle of the day. It also will protect the screen when you have it folded over so there is not need for an additional case. The connector is simple and it is easy to dock/undock at will. The main drawback is that it makes your tablet look more like a laptop than a tablet, but this shouldn't really be an issue. It's functionality is great.

Windows 8 RT Asus Tablet is a Winner!!!

I decided to wait to see what the windows 8 rt tablets would be like in comparison. I was interested in the Surface but it seems to have a few issues so I opted for the Asus. It is a great tablet. I can see far more videos since it uses flashplay unlike my iPad. Its very fast and because of the keyboard attachment, battery life is exceptional. I totally love this tablet and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tablet.

The keyboard is slightly cramped, by necessity, due to the small footprint. This is more than adequate for typing a letter, or short document, but is not a substitute for a regular desktop keyboard. One of the best features is the self contained battery which, when combined with the battery in the ASUS tablet, provides up to 18 hours of total battery life. I think this keyboard is much better than either the "touch", or the "type", keyboard offered with the Microsoft surface tablet.
