If this is the only card in your retail store in time of writing this then I would say buy it and use it. It is only 5-8% slower than a 3080. But you can get a 3080 FE for $800-$1000 if you go custom PCB. Just be patient and stick with your 2000s series cards they are perfectly fine still for 1080-1440p gaming. 2080Ti is still a beast if you have one wait for the 4000 series card

They did exactly what they said they would do. Email notification right on time. Pickup process was streamline. Product was hard to find. Christmas present so it wasn't opened until then.
