First off I need to say that I am only giving this three stars due to going through different 40 series cards now all with coil whine, this one isn't as audible as the previous AIBs I have tried before, but at the price point I am paying for this card you would think that ASUS and other AIB manufacturers can find a way to mitigate coil whine. My experience is obviously anecdotal and just because I've had bad luck with coil whine on this card does not necessarily mean you will with yours--I do know that it exists on all modern gpus and it is just luck of the draw, at this point my only option would be to return the gpu or RMA it and after going through several ones I have just decided to keep the card (as I need to be able to use my PC for photography work and school--so I cannot have any downtime) and undervolt it to help mitigate the noise (again not that loud just annoyed with the price I am paying for this card ASUS should've made sure it wouldn't persist) hoping it goes away eventually or dies down. Pros: -1440p monster blows my previous 3080 out of the water. -Runs VERY cool, one of the biggest reasons I wanted to upgrade to a 4070ti is due to the over built coolers on these things, this will definitely help especially in the summer -As far as I've seen the less power draw than my 3080 as well so for those who worry about that sort of thing it might help your electric bill in the long run. Cons: -This thing is a chonky boy, luckily my 5000d airflow is a big case, but I would definitely do your research to see if it fits before purchasing. -Coil whine -12GB of VRAM a bit of a let down that it's 12GB I would hope for maybe a Ti model that Nividia could've bumped it up to maybe 14GB, but thems is the breaks -VERY expensive -Nividia Dongle (If you have a Corsair PSU that takes type 4 cables I would definitely recommend purchasing their 12vphwr cable or a cable mod cable if you want aesthetics)

This card is awesome. It runs anything I can throw at it. The temperatures stay very cool, and it performs very well. You need to have plenty of space for it in your case, as it is a Monsta. The cable adapter that comes with it is very bulky, and short. I recommend you purchase an adapter that’s not as bulky and longer . It takes three separate 8 pin power cables, and a minimum 750w power supply. Overall a great card, and the rgb is a nice added touch.

Yeah, its overpriced but so are most cards these days. If it was reasonably priced, this would be a 5 star product. This card is a beast! Its very powerful, running Cyberpunk on ultra raytracing at a smoking 70fps and 110fps with frame generation. It also runs MW2 at 130fps on ultra settings. I highly recommend this card if you want some great power but dont want to spend an extra 150 for a base 4080

It has excellent performance, it is silent, and the design is spectacular.

This card runs cool at idle with 0% fans and stays reasonable when under load with stock fan curves. No doubt the card will perform well with OC and custom curves. If you're concerned with the fan side art - don't worry you can't see it if your not mounting vertically. Totally refreshing to run benchmarks maxed out!

Amazing card. Came exactly as advertised. Only thing I would recommend is to check to see if it will fit in your computer case. This just barely fit in my nzxt h5i case. I had to move my aio fans into the front plate of my case to make it work. No issues with cooling by the way

For such a low power card to produce coil whine that is comparable to a 4090 is kind of disappointing. Also a little hotter than a 4090 Strix. Aside from that it is a good card to match a ROG STRIX build otherwise get the TUF or other cheaper model of 4070 Ti. Photo: not sure why they tear up the boxes like that, maybe to scan the code or something? Anyway they should not be doing that since I like to keep the boxes fully intact. I have also returned this due to coil whine since I have my Build inside the family room and the noise is not suitable to where my pc is located.

Very fast card and it runs very cold. Im not said i paid the exrta to get the strix card.

Decent GPU for 1080p/1440p gaming. I recommend you choose the 4070ti super since it has 16GB VRAM while this model only has 12GB VRAM

I have owned lots of graphics cards, most recently before this I owned an AMD RX 7900xt that was sold to buy this card. I used to not care about ray tracing in games but once you use it and really appreciate it there is no turning back. The frames to picture quality trade off is totally worth it in my opinion. On Cyberpunk 2077 with Ultra settings and ray tracing with frame generation I'm getting 130fps at 1440p resolution as that's what resolution I game at. On Watch Dogs Legion with high settings and high ray tracing I'm pulling 70 to 95fps. This card has so many features that make it totally worth it..... DLSS 3, Frame Generation, Ray tracing support (and its gorgeous at that), and it maxes out at 285 watts total power draw! Temps won't go above 68°c (provided you have good positive pressure airflow in your case). It was expensive yes, but the quality is absolutely there on this (and its a gorgeous card to boot), you definitely get what you pay for on this in a badass way! No regrets!

Works great, I use it all the time for gaming and im getting better frames than my last GPU

What can you say before 4070 TI it’s insane I love it

Bus speed is very low for the price. It is very fast but is held back by that aspect. Asus rog strix is #1 in my book

Absolutely love this card! Asus RoG is my go to brand and has been for years. Never any issues with their products. The temps and performance of this GPU are fabulous. Multitasking with an ultrawide and a 144hz separate monitor with no issues. I've only seen the fans actually have to work once and just barely. Temps are very low, graphics are sharp, and will handle anything you plan to play or do on your PC. The one thing to know is that it is a very, very long GPU so make sure to measure your case and allotted GPU space because the card is huge! I had to buy a brand new case because of it. Also comes with a very basic GPU stand but there are other cooler and more stable ones out there if you want to go that route. This is by far the best Asus ROG card I've ever used since the 970 I had a long time ago.

This card is all i need, I upgraded from a 3070 and this has been such a smooth running card. Its not loud like my old one was. It is a little on the expense side. But it is a beautiful card with a switch for performance and quite.

Holy crap this card is massive! Fits nicely in my Y60 case but completely dwarfs my 3060ti. Temps have bern great. Running Cuberpunk at 1440p, medium ray tracing with 131 fps. Cannot complain at all. Zero coil whine.

Works like a charm and it most games it runs quietly. Also comes with a mini screw/gpu holding stand.

Performs better than 90 percent of cards in its class. Would definitely recommend this and after almost a year of usage it’s still running cool.
