I was looking for a laptop with at least 500 GB hard drive, a minimum of 13.3" screen and back lit keys. This computer has these features. There does seem to be a small memory problem. When I do the USA Today Crossword the computer slows down to a crawl. Perhaps this is a memory problem.

A powerful machine but unfortunately the speakers stopped working 6 weeks after I brought it home. Returned for an HP model. One neegative was the slippery case.

I have never had my own computer. I walked into Best Buy, told them what I was looking for and they found me this awesome computer that I love and all the accessories and it cost me less than I expected. Their service in the Geek Squad is awesome! There is nothing negative I could say about my computer or BEST Buy!

I bought this computer to replace my Toshiba which has been a great tough business laptop. My Asia is much thinner and a lot faster. The SSD is a must have. This unit is thin light and appears to be durable. So far I am very pleased.

I bought Asus Q324 after trying Surface pro 4 and Lenovo Yoga 710. I returned Surface pro4 because the battery life was about 5 hours with lowest setting and the core m3 was very slow for me. Then bought the YOGA 710. The battery life was great up to 9 hours, however, there was some dark pixels in the screen and the keyboard was not standard. No usb type C and fingerprint was also a negative point. I decided to raise up the budget and try this one. Speed: Very Very fast. From off to running browser, it only takes 13 seconds. Excel starts up very quickly. Performance: I am playing PES 2016, it is fine. I also tried FIFA 2017 demo version and was running well. Touch Screen: Touch is responsive and pleasant in tablet mode. Sound: Not load but is high quality. I am not a professional music listener :) but I can say the sound quality is nice! Finger Print Scanner: It is really good to have it. Not as fast as 2016 cell phones, I believe the loading time is related to windows not Asus and should be the same with all other brands. Key board: After YOGA 710 experience, I have to say this keyboard is really standard and I enjoy typing with it. key travel is enough to give you a comfortable experience. Backlit keyboard: Has three levels and I use the first level which has less bleeding. Weight and Dimension: Its very light weight and thin, Just like a book. I almost forget that I have a laptop in my backpack. Fan noise: It is not load at all. Before I buy this, I read reviews from all other brands (HP, Acer, Microsoft, Dell and Lenovo). Believe me, no laptop is out there having a fan but performing noiseless! This one has noise but it doesn't bother me at all. Battery life: Not as great as Lenovo, but lasts up to 8 hours. I am satisfied with it. Body finish: Absorbs finger print easily but I got used to it. Charger: It is very small and light. Like twice a phone charger. My only Complain about this item is the hinges. They are a little loose and I can not fix it at a certain angle. I hope this doesn't make issue for me in the future. However, I am still very happy with my purchase. Overall, I highly recommend this product for its light weight, performance, battery life and beautiful design.

I have installed the system but not yet started using many of the features of the system (e.g., bluetooth, cell phone line links). so far we are happy with the system. AT&T 5-Handset Connect to Cell Answering system CLP99586

After 3-4 hours working with this laptop, up and down arrow keys are not working. I should restart win or logout/login to solve it! Driver update did not help me to solve this problem. I have another laptop model from ASUS, it also has the same hardware problem! I was hopeful the company solved the problem in newer versions, but it seems not. I do not recommend this laptop; it is fast and light but NO RELIABLE!

I used the web, made a phone call, then went the next morning to check it out. Bought it on the spot. Customer service was excellent and I could not be happier with the computer. Thus far it has exceeded my expectations. The SSD is not lightning fast as advertised but Minor detail.
