My wife and I bought this ASUS notebook after reading the online reviews and visiting the local Best Buy store. With 16GB of memory, this little beauty really hums, and its online connection provides excellent throughput over WiFi. We recommend it highly.

It's fast, smooth, good quality. Super light weight. Does everything I need it for. It gets four stars, because it is very slippery to hold and could easily be dropped. Not easy to open.

I need to go back in and see the Geek Squad for some reason Google Chrome keeps locking up I bought it because they told me that it was an awesome computer with the most best things I could get and I don't know much about computers still learning I know enough but when it comes to the insides and what they do and all that I have no idea what they are I really have no idea what's all in my computer I need to go back and write it all down my kid he's pretty computer-savvy ask me what what's inside it I didn't know what to tell him

Bought for my daughter for her university studies. She loves it! Says it is just the right size and weight for carrying back and forth to school, and is "lightning fast". I would recommend it to anyone who needs to carry around a Windows computer.

The first unit I purchased did not switch to tablet mode as it was supposed to, however it was returned two days later and replaced. I have had nothing but a positive experience since.

this labtop produces signigicant annoying background noise during video chating with friends. For some reason, if it is plugged in, it produces even lounder fan noice than in battery mode. you can easily prove this by entering into camera shooting mode and record a self video and play it back to yourself, you will understand how annoying it is to your friends during video chating. unfortunately, BB does not allow me to return even it is under 15 days warrarnty simply because I have returned too many lemons purchased from BB.

The bad: The battery stopped charging and needed to be replaced within the first year. It always runs super hot, so I don't have high hopes for this lasting long even though I rarely use it. The good: the small size is nice, the touch screen is convenient, and the lighted keyboard is nice.

I purchased this laptop about 2 weeks ago. Originally I wanted a Macbook Pro but then I decided I'd get a lot more bang for my $$ if I don't go with a brand name like the Macbook Pro or the Surface. This one was on sale for $999 at the time so I decided to go with it. I liked the fact that it was a 7th Gen i7, 16GB or Ram and a 512GB SSD. For the most part I'm very happy with it, there are just a few things that I am not crazy about. 1. The fan does get a bit loud and sometimes it just comes on even when I'm not really doing anything with it. Hasn't happened yet but I'm I'm afraid of bringing this to a meeting at work to take notes and have the fan start going. 2. The Sound is not very loud. It's not bad, but it's not very loud. It only has 2 speaker grills on the bottom and when I put my laptop on top of my bed to watch YouTube videos at night they can be hard to hear at times, specially if the fan is going. 3. I don't know if Apple has a patent on little groves to help open the a laptop or what but I'm always surprised by how often laptops don't make it easy for you to open them. This is no exception, there is no easy way to open it, you just have to pick it up and get your fingernails in between the two screens. Other than that I haven't had any issues with it. I love the speed, I love the fingerprint reader, I love the touch screen, the keyboard feels very good, the trackpad is quite responsive, For $1,000 or less I would certainly recommend it. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for more than that. I tend to feel like if you are going to spend more than that for a laptop then it better be something you can easily sell in the future and selling a 2016 Macbook Pro or a 2016 Surface Book is going to be a lot easier in the future than a 2016 Asus Best Buy Exclusive Q324U....

Interviewed several best buy employees and they highly recommend the Asus for dependability and speed for all applications. I have had the Asus 13.3 2 in one laptop for a few months, works flawlessly. Great product.

It's great overall except the video playback stalls a bit. Could be my internet connection, but this didn't happen with my older less powerful laptop.

Bought this for my wife for her to do work at home and on the road. She loves the thin and elegant look. Have had it around 5 months and haven't had a single issue with it's operation.

This was a Christmas/Birthday gift for my son. He was very excited with his new laptop. His old one was very outdated and really slow. Now he can get his school work done in a timely manner.

A great alternative to Surface Pro, which I really did not want. This is very convenient, has a good keyboard and the Geek Squad has been very helpful for getting my best use from this item.

Difficult to open with one hand. Otherwise, great specs. Keyboard is great. Track pad is ok. Screen is ok. Memory and CPU are great.

Although this wasnt a brand I was familiar with, since I am more of an Apple person, I needed something that would work with the programs at work since I am now working from home.

I've had the Asus for a couple of months now and very happy. It's super quick with 16gb ram. I added Office 10, works great. Don't pay more for another laptop and get less power.

all in all a great system, the apps configuration and availability to work with machine needs a little adjusting.

Love this thing!! Very fast and way more than enough power. It does everything I throw at it. Hardly ever hear the fan turn on. Very, very happy with my purchase.

Switched from Macbook to this and very happy. The flexibility of the display combined with Windows makes for a useful and fun info appliance for work and play.
