for the money, the specs are great! latest i7, good amount of memory, and storage, with a touch screen. battery life is good too. looked online at reviews and also was recommended by two of the best buy employees.

This ASUS laptop is light weight and very easy to carry and use. Generous 16 Gb Ram and 512 Gb hard drive. Performance and screen display are very good. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought at least 5 of these for family & business, after long research we found Asus Q324UA being best value for the money on the market, given it has compact convertible design latest gen Core i7, 16G of memory , SSD 512G and numerous ports. When I came to purchase another 2 of these laptops for my office i found out that BestBuy has discontinued this model, and substituted it with Q325 model which is crippled, since it has virtually no ports, hence no value for working people !!! If I wanted device with no ports I would buy new MAC (another delusional device in my opinion). Dear BestBuy, please return Asus Q324UA on shelves.

Super slim, light weight, super fast at a price that won't break your budget. Fast boot, load programs less than 3 seconds and runs Photoshop or any program without lag so far.

I really like the SSD, and the overall laptop is very easy to use. I like the size - very mobile and fits well with using anywhere in the house.

Nice size sharp screen, fast, keyboard feels good looks good, tablet presentation is much more fun but laptop works well. Good price, lightweight, long battery.

Really good 2 in 1 laptop. Easy to travel with for my job. I use it for easy stuff like emails but it's also great for streaming Netflix or Amazon and running games like Payday 2. I've had it almost a year and haven't run into any hardware problems.

So far I've had a very good experience with this computer. I purchased it because I was impressed with the machine's design and the feel of the keyboard. It is very sturdy, boots up very fast, and battery lasts a pretty long time. The fan can get loud at times when using heavy applications, but for the most part it remains very quiet.

After owning a MacBook Air for the last several years, I decided it was time to upgrade however, the new MacBook Pro's were a little out of my price range. I purchased this computer after doing hours of research both online and in the store. I had originally decided I was going to purchase the Samsung Notebook 9 Spin and drove to my local Best Buy (third trip for this purchase) to take one last look and make a purchase. That is when I noticed this laptop, the Asus Q324. It didn't take me long to ditch the Samsung in favor of this computer due to this computer having better specs and only $100 more (at the time) than the Samsung. Although this laptop only has a HD screen (1920x1080 resolution), it is more than enough resolution and the screen looks very nice, and is very bright! I usually keep the brightness on 75%. In comparison to the MacBook, this computer is excellent. Very nice, aluminum build (although there are some cosmetic concerns I'll discuss in a second). Has a great selection of ports including USB-C, and also super thin and lightweight. There are really four major things that other reviews on here for this product point out: the "loud" fan, the battery life, the speakers, and the computer being a fingerprint magnet. I'd like to talk specifically about those four things.... 1. The Fan: yes you can hear the fan on occasion. Is it bothersome? Not to me. It does get a little louder than most laptop fans I've heard, but honestly unless you are using the laptop at the library or in a cave (or unless you have extremely sensitive ears) you will not even notice it. After reading reviews on here I was picturing a turbine or some huge noisy fan however, that just really isn't the case. The fan usually only gets its loudest when doing something demanding like watching videos for an extended amount of time. I am a scientist and I spend most of my time in a shared office space and I never have a problem with the fan noise. I would rate the fan a 7/10. 2. The battery life: If you are like me, battery life is a pretty big concern. I came from a MacBook Air that had excellent battery life. I've read mixed reviews on this issue for this computer. I can honestly say through experience that battery life for this computer is very good, not exceptional, but very good! Like I mentioned, I am a scientist and I spend a lot of time writing, working on spreadsheets, watching videos, and working with PowerPoint. I can get through a whole 8 hour day on a single charge usually. Not always but usually. So I would have to say that if you are using this computer moderately, you should be able to expect somewhere between 6-7 hours of battery. I would rate the battery life an 8/10. 3. The Speakers: I have read several reviews on here stating that the speakers are not loud enough etc. The speakers sound great for such a small computer and are definitely on par with MacBook Pro speakers. I have no issue hearing movies/videos, or listening to music on these speakers. I would rate the speakers a 9/10. 4. The computer being a fingerprint magnet: I would say out of all the issues the reviews talked about, this one is on point. This machine is a fingerprint SUPER magnet! That is no joke, and no exageration. I love the black aluminum build of this computer however, I really really wish they had made it with a texture or something to do a better job at keeping it fingerprint free. I don't think I've ever witnessed a laptop that collected fingerprints as easily as this thing does. Within 2 hours of unpacking it and messing around with it, the computer looked nasty with fingerprints all over it. I would rate this a 2/10. OVERALL, this is an excellent computer! I would highly recommend it especially if you can get a great price on it like I did. By the way... a MacBook Pro with specs like this will cost you almost twice what this machine costs. PROS: excellent build quality, fast, high specs, large SSD, beautiful and bright touchscreen, reliable, great battery life, very good speakers, thin, lightweight, great keyboard (very similar to MacBook Air), great selection of ports (including USB-C), small power/charging brick, great price! CONS: fingerprint magnet, trackpad is very sensitive and somewhat slick (glass) almost like a MacBook trackpad but a little less "precise" which is not a deal killer at all it is just a consideration. One last thing to say... some reviews mentioned light leak around the screen. I have not noticed any light leak at all on my machine. It may happen though, so that may be something you want to check out.

Seems to be a good lightweight laptop. Faster than earlier version I have due to Solid State hard drive.

The processor is fast, the graphics are amazing, it is light-weight and easy to bring with you, and the touchscreen works flawlessly.

I love that this laptop is lightweight has a touch screen and flips to tablet mode! Easy to carry back and forth to work. It's also pretty fast.

The Best Buy consultant was very helpful in helping me select a laptop. This bad boy is fast, and very easy to convert to a tablet. It takes a while to get used to so much smaller screen and keyboard, but I am getting there. Windows 10 has been a pleasant suprise.

Great laptop, super fast, light, slim, and I have found no glitches like most windows pc's. Highly recommended.

Light and compact. Video will not display 3D cat scans. Video will not play full resolution 2K movies. Must be convertred to slightly lower resolution using Handbreak. DLNA Audio and Video works well. Can send movies and music directly to TV! Boots fast but you must wait for Antimalware and Windows updates before full use of CPU. USB 3.1C port works well with 7200 RPM external G-Drive. Copiies large files fast. So far this laptop has operated sufficiently for my purposes. Price was right since similar HP laptop is nearly $500 more. Depends on which product is on sale at the time. This laptop has been on on sale for $999 sevearal times. Difficult to find an i7 with these features at that price. Read all reviews before purchasing. I am recommending this solely on price! Research carefully before deciding. Additonal Geek Squad warranty may be a good idea if you are not an IT wizard. Tablet mode is questionable but it's not what I use. Yes, it is a fingerprint magnet! Good luck...

Like a sports car, this machine is fast but loud. The laptop boots up fast and runs many programs very smoothly. However, even under light use, the fan is loud; you can't ignore it. I can see this being distracting to most folks. If you can ignore the sound, it is a great buy.

I was picking out a new work laptop, and while browsing through the laptop display , I found this hidden gem. It's a couple hundred dollars less than the hp Spectre, but twice the RAM and twice the SSD size(512 Gig). I've had this laptop for a month and a half, and I've gotten so used to the touch screen, I find myself trying to zoom my desktop's display with my fingers! Well worth your time to check out.

So happy with this laptop. I've had it for a couple months and love how quick it is. As for the fan noise that some have mentioned, it's almost non existent. The display is clear, the mouse is super responsive. Con, it does collect finger prints and is extremely thin/slippery. I recommend always carrying it in a case

If you haven't decide, go for it. 2-in-1 computer, 13.3', extremely fast, light.

Does everything I need it to do and fast! Excellent screen and easy to learn on.
