Internet conection slow, great touch, great battery,

This laptop is fast and the keyboard can be backlit. It is thin and light, I really enjoy it's speed.

She is very pleased with it and finds it user friendly and FAST! She is 85 years old and not intimidated by technology, although I did sign her up for Geek Squad for two years. We live on opposite coasts of the country, so I felt it would be to her benefit to have Geek Squad if she had any problems. They are great and transferred data from her old laptop and showed her how to dump her pictures onto her laptop from her phone. Thank you!

This model is fast and very sleek. Very nice layout to this laptop. Love the tablet feature as well.

This computer has the perfect screen size. Its not to heavy and is great for work or personal use.

Not sure I like the back lit keyboard. Other wise I like the laptop in its speed, weight, etc.

Brought this laptop for my college bound son, who at first didn't lie it mainly due to the size of it, and I was gonna exchange it for another smaller version; but couldn't due to him leaving the next day for a summer program he was in that required him to need it. So we agreed to exchange it after he returned home after the three week program, only to find out that he had changed his mind and decided to keep it; mainly due to fact it had number keys and more specs he needed for college that some of the smaller versions brands didn't nor to mention he fell in love with the features and maneuverability of this unit.. He thanked me later and a couple of his friends parents asked why I get him that laptop cause now their kids want one of the same which was a little more expensive than what they originally planned to purchase.

Have been shopping for a new laptop for a long time but up till now, just wasn't sure what I wanted. Based on the salesman's recommendation, I went with this Asus touch screen laptop going from Windows Vista (ugh, didn't I say long overdue) to Windows 10. Though I'd heard the new operating system would be a huge challenge, the basic stuff seemed the same and it was kind of fun seeing and learning the new stuff.

The Asus - Q504UA laptop/tablet, with touch screen, is a significant upgrade from my previous Toshiba (2010) laptop. The laptop preforms better than my Lenovo (2016) desktop and much better than my older ASUS 10" tablet. With this laptop/tablet, I was able to mobilize my computer needs into one awesome package. The sleek design of this laptop makes it travel friendly; however, it outweighs some of the other laptops that I was looking at before I made the purchase. The options and speed make up for the extra weight and that is why I chose this particular laptop. I know ASUS makes excellent computer products and this laptop meets all expectations. It was well worth buying, otherwise I would not have bought it. It is a truly awesome laptop/tablet with touch screen that more than meets all my needs and desires.

I found this to be a great mid-range laptop. What impresses me most is the touchpad sensitivity. While it's not as good as my MacBook Pro it is 80% as good. Compare that to a Lenovo touchpad which is only 10% as responsive. This is also a touch screen which I use sparingly but the Windows 10 OS makes it easy to get used to.

Computer is a very good computer for the money spent. Very fast and is easy to operate.

I needed a computer asap. So I went and picked out this one. Nice clear picture keys are quite. Only bad thing is it doesn't have a cd drive. I didn't no it till I got it home. So I put the programs in a flash drive to load them in. Works real well if you don't care if u have a CD drive or not.

wanted a computer with a fast processor and easy to use. This did not disappoint me.

I previously owned a more gaming centric Asus laptop back when I played World of Warcraft and I had very few expectations for this one. I had to purchase a more "sensible" laptop for grad school, but I still own several PC games. This laptop is more than capable of handling the needs of a casual gamer, very smooth display, still runs extremely fast 7 months later. Would definitely recommend!

Using for college. All the functions I need and it is lightweight with a flip screen

After owning several Dells we tried the Asus. I am really impressed with this laptop. It has been really reliable and works great. I would buy again!

It was an open box item I got it for a good price. Over all works great, fast and reliable. A couple of downside issues ( reason for 4 star ): it lacks VGA port (comes with HDMI only), and secondly you need to be extremely careful, the aluminum silver surface get scratched easily.

Excellent laptop for the price. I bought this for my daughter to take to college and she loves it. She says it has everything she needs on it and plenty of memory. We also purchased Microsoft Office 365. She likes the versatility of being able to use as a laptop or a tablet as well.

It took me three tries to get a good computer. The first one's motherboard went out on day 2. The second one had a hinge problem so all of the features associated with the sensors in the hinge were malfunctioning. Finally, the third one worked. I still have an issue where pages won't load properly on chrome and I will have to hit refresh a couple times, but I am not sure if that is the computer or the browser and it doesn't annoy me enough to try and fix it. Otherwise, I love it. I wish it was less sensitive in tablet mode. If I want to look at it in portrait layout while in a tablet it has to be almost perpendicular to the ground, but it would be easier to read if I can angle it more. I fix this by locking the screen right away, but that still gets annoying.
