I was looking at getting something with less features than this model but now I am glad that I did not. I am currently using a 3D software on this laptop and it is handling it flawlessly!

I purchased this at the regency store in Jax, Florida. It was for my son who is going away to college . He just loves it. He likes all the features and the fingerprint sign in. He loves the size and how you can stand it up to watch a movie. He also likes the updated ports.

My son has a total of 7 years of college. This computer, with the touch screen and number key pad, along with the program capablity will be an asset for the remaining 3.5 yrs

I purchased this laptop to replace the desktop I had. This, in conjunction with the Samsung monitor I purchased, makes the ideal set-up for me. I have all the benefits of a desktop with all the convenience of a laptop. It set-up easily and is fast. I highly recommend it!

I am enjoying my new Asus laptop. It opens quickly, has excellent battery life and has the 10-key number pad which I need. This is my second Asus - I recommend the brand.

I am enjoying my computer I like the touch screen I still need to learn more about all the features because I have been busy moving and getting settled if there is any kind of class that can benefit me without having to spend anymore money I would greatly appreciate it

I read the reviews and thought this was the perfect computer to meet my needs now in the future. Unfortunately, there have been bugs with the audio system and the video camera. Asus tech support has been responsive and easy to use. There the system lags (not sure if there are windows 10 related) that adversely impact the computer's performance..I have had the computer for almost of month and have had to reset it twice. On a positive note the design is beautiful. And the sound system is incredible.

This is my first Asus product. This laptop came highly recommended by the Best Buy specialist and it was priced very reasonably. So far the performance has been great!

Purchased this to replace my older computer. Easy set up. Battery life could be better. Don't really use it in the tablet mode as it is a little too large to use comfortably. Otherwise, this works flawlessly with the software I need to use. Speed is great. Great computer.

I bought this after looking at other ASUS models, fits in nicely with the price point. It's fast and responsive to the touch, hinges are a bit loose but nothing too bad.

I have only been using my new ASUS Q504 laptop for a couple weeks now. I'm still learning and configuring it to my liking and getting use to Windows 10 is a challenge, I was using outdated VISTA on a Dell. This laptop has everything you could possibly want in a laptop. Some say they wish for a SSD drive but this is fast enough for me. I loaded Eclient as my email server to look like Windows live mail that I had and I still am learning it. For some reason my fingerprint reader isn't connecting as from ythe beginning, it says I have attempted too many times and need to find out what to do about it.

It's a good laptop with what you need. However the size is rather too big for me. You can't find any other smaller laptops with the same features though. Kinda sucks.

This PC is a great value for the spec's when it is on sale. I am a big fan of Asus. Would have given 5* if there was a smaller solid state drive instead of the HDD

I purchased the open-box of this laptop and greatly recommend it, as it is $100 cheaper. However, when I received it, it froze during the set-up twice and the laptop would freeze continuously after as well. I was seriously thinking of returning it but then the laptop started some seriously needed updates. Since then, it has worked beautifully! The back-lit keyboard is amazing, the touchscreen is super useful (more useful than you would normally think) and being able to switch it to tablet mode is very cool. Overall, it's a stunning looking laptop that has great features and is very fast.

Performing as represented.......we are giving Best Buy also a trial on their 3 year service program and see how they have compared to our past service with McAfee.

Once I switched out the hdd for a ssd it became amazing. Only downside is lower resolution but it's not a deal breaker. Slow 5400 drive loses this machine a star.

I really enjoy using this computer. It is much faster than my previous laptop.I"m not fond of the One Drive that accumulates files, but I need to have the Geek Squad help me with that. Had I used them to move my files from the old one, it would have saved me hours!

Don’t use it for much more than Internet surfing so it works great. Great price.

It is great for advance word processing and excel. I would skip this guy for gaming purposes but for a good professional machine for work it will serve you well.

Other than a bit of a slow start everything works well on this computer. It's light enough, has decent battery life, very nice display. I would recommend it.
