Easy to use and very intuitive, but it takes some time to become comfortable with all the features and programs included in the software package.I bought.

not the fastest but does the drafting i need it to do for programing. alot of storage for files. battery hangs in there for about 5 hrs under average load.

Excellent for watching movies, conducting work in, homework and playing games. Screen flips back and forth no bother and keeps its speed up when I multitask.

Got this laptop for my wife. She is happy with it so far. It is a little slow to boot up but otherwise performance is decent. Screen and touchpad are nice.

Love the long battery life. Wi-Fi is AC, and has a great connection! Only dislike is the keyboard can get hard to read in dark rooms and back light on.

Our desktop died. We decided to go with a laptop. So far, it's only been about a month, but we're happy with all the power it offers. Not big gamer's or any heavy internet use. Can't comment on those issues. My only con would be the power button. For me it's located in a place I seem to keep finding while moving around with the computer. I keep turning it off in the middle of whatever.......

I am very pleased with this product. I love that I can use it with the keyboard like a regular laptop or open it all the way up and use it like a tablet.

Great blend of laptop and tablet. For work and play. Decent processor for vast majority of applications. Not 4k screen but 1080p still looks very nice.

the computer is excellent i have had it since August and works just great

We purchased this laptop on sale for a good price. All the specs and design were great for the sale price. However, upon turning it on the hard disk remained at 100% regardless of what was running thus creating a nearly unusable brand new laptop. For someone without knowledge of computers this would have required more money to fix unless a warranty was purchased (we did not). I would have given 5 stars if I did not have to repair it immediately upon purchase.

I needed a PC for work because I use Apple for personal use and found an open box at my local Best Buy of this gem. If you're running a program that uses a lot of processing power this thing can handle it. So glad I didn't buy another cheap laptop.

I have had the computer for about 6 weeks. I don't like to review anything too quickly because it is hard to really know how it is going to continue to work. I would probably give this a 3.5 but that is not an option so I went with a 3. This laptop replaced an 7 year old HP that I LOVED. I went in thinking I would buy another HP. I don't need anything expensive for getting online or the little bit of Office work I use a laptop for so could get a $400-500 laptop. The young lady who helped me really likes Asus and this was an open box at what appeared to be a good price of $571. My other consideration was an HP that was "plastic". This plastic was what steered me away from it. When I got home, I saw that my old HP had also been plastic and I did not even realize it. I took this laptop into Geek Squad because I was concerned with a couple of things, 1. My cursor just disappeared at one point. 2. I had a "checking disk" error and it took over a 12 hours of rebooting, etc to get it to be back where it should be. Geek Squad told me that they had quite a few of this particular model come in with some quirkiness such as these things. The young guy helping me also likes Asus but the higher end Asus. He said this one is not "bad" but did have one person who purchased the same model have to replace it three times before the 4th one out of the box had no problems. I do love the size, screen clarity, how fast it is and the keyboard and hope that I have no additional problems. I can't necessarily recommend it at this point because of my small issues but would not necessarily say not to buy it either - unless you really know absolutely nothing about computers and would be very uncomfortable having to reboot or worry about losing something very important mid-task.

My last laptop was an Asus & I was very happy with it. When I needed to replace it I researched & looked at several different brands, but I came back to Asus & I'm glad I did. It has all the features I want & enough speed & functionality for me.

I brought this laptop for a developer for application development, this laptop is good for running IDE which will consume quite a lot of resource.

I've used Dell and HP laptops at work but this ASUS is superior in performance, startup, ergonomics. I have large hands and the size of the keyboard with 10 key is perfect. Very good battery life. The new 7th Gen i5 processor is very fast.

I love this product especially being able to convert it to a tablet. It's a great value for the money.

I was looking for a laptop with the springiest keyboard and this one seems to have keys that are a touch higher up than normal which i like. Plus the battery life is long. I wish the keyboard color was dark, but that's just my preference.

This 2-in-1 is way better then I thought it would be... It's so fast and handles gaming amazingly... Plus you have the durability that ASUS is known for... This was the best present I got for the holidays even though I bought it for myself....
