Good Laptop

One thing to be careful of, the screen cannot be fixed if it gets cracked. I spent weeks trying to have it replaced only to find out that it is not possible. I had to pay to have the touch screen disabled so the laptop could be used.

Hard drive stopped in 25 days

Best Buy, to their credit, took care of the problem. I have had great success with Asus in the past with laptops and tablets in particular, but these two recent experiences will make me think twice before buying another one. I am not certain, but I believe the hard drives in these were both Toshiba hard drives. Maybe my complaint should be with Toshiba, but Asus chose that hard drive for their laptops so it is there brand that suffers.
