    The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it is a little heavier than I thought it was and it doesn't always download my pictures from my iPhone every time I try. Still trying on a 2nd set of pictures and hoping I don't have to take it into the store for help.

    I bought this laptop and it worked really well with top-notch specs for a very affordable price, however, 3 weeks in and the laptop would not boot and went straight to BIOS for about 2 hours before returning to normal. The sales associate was very nice and helped me find another laptop that works just as fine. Maybe, I just hasd a bad piece, but the laptop itself is really nice

    The biggest issue we have had is that it seems very slow for processor and RAM specs. Takes a very long time to boot. Other than that, everything works fine. Love the number pad on the keyboard.
