I love my laptop, and touch screen is great, too!!

I upgraded my Asus (I'm a fan) and like many of the features on this one, but it seems to run slugglishly. I've had some great Geek Squad help yet again, but it's still slower than my much older Asus.

This laptop is AMAZING. I'm always finding new abilities and bells and whistles to the laptop. The only trouble I've really experienced that I'll get checked out soon is the tablet ability. It sometimes has a mind of its own. But for a semi-techy like myself, I couldn't imagine anything much better. I'm just saying.

I love this computer! It works great and has plenty of speed for my every day work. I also love the ability to turn it into a notebook computer - it works great with the 15.6" screen. Fingerprint ID is nice but not as tolerant to finger position as the iPhone version. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.

Sometimes it glitches and cursor doesn't show up all the time. Not sure if it's the computer or operator error. Touch screen is great, however.

The laptop is everything I was looking for. Only issue is some times typing lags, but can be easily fixed by forcing things in the background to stop running. Other than that, I love it.

Great for home office. Set up wasn't to difficult. Wi-Fi occasionally works, and other times it doesn't. Great print quality and love the auto document feed for scanning. Good value.

We were in dire need of a new laptop. We currently had an Asus laptop that was several years old and it had been a good piece of electronics. We went to Best Buy and looked at other laptops but ended up back with Asus. Very happy with the overall quality of the unit. Asus is a good machine.

Starts up fast, works great. Same issue as others, it does not recognize fingerprint to sign in. I've reset it several times, it may have read it once. I find that option to be useless.

Was advised my IT manager at work to look for certain requirements. Email info on this computer and his recommendation was purchase. Did and glad I did. Fast connection to internet.

Touch screen and backlit keyboard were really among the primary reasons I got this laptop. It looked like a bargain with the specs it had, but I have to say, the hard drive access is entirely too slow. I honestly don't know why anyone is making laptops in the year 2017 without an SSD. It takes more than a literal minute to boot up and log in which in the age of macbooks is really kind of silly. My 4 year old Acer boots faster, and it's also Windows 10 (so don't try blaming the OS). I had to have the HD replaced with an SSD or I would have just returned the darn thing. Not the bargain it appears to be.

This laptop has really been a blessing for my family. Not only can we get on from two devices on the computer and our new laptop, but now we have access to the internet on the go. I love this laptop and how well the laptop works for us. Thank you Best Buy for such a great product.

bought it for my mom. The processor is older but it should be fine for what she uses the computer. Cheap compared to newer models.

I was hoping to have a battery life of at least 6 hours but only last about 3-4 hours. I am in nursing school so I am in class all day. Other than that I love my new computer

The laptop does what i want when i want it. The brand delivered a dependable and reasonably priced computer. The 360 degree hinges are sturdy, it stays open, it stays closed.

Its working fine. I bought it in September 2017 Its processor is bit noisy. Sometimes it has a long boot up time

I really like the clarity of the screen AND the "touch screen" feature. Seems to work great - although I just use the computer for general features (I'm not a "gamer").

This laptop was bought for my girlfriend so she could do classwork and has been working flawlessly after getting rid of the bloatware and she has found the touchscreen works great for Photoshop and drawing.

Seems like a solid machine, not sure about battery life in standby mode (Sleep). Spend the time to review some of the pre-loaded trail software to speed things up.
