The Asus is sleek, looks great but I have had some performance issues form the start. Still trying to work through those

Bought for son to use in his college courses. He seems happy, so I am as well. The price seems a bit up there for a laptop, but hopefully it will be worth it.

I loved this laptop. I got it for a great deal. It was a little heavy but was a great looking laptop. Although, I had to return it because it kept freezing on me.

We like the computer. The only downside is that the keyboard is not backlit as we were led to believe. But that's minor and not an issue of functionality.

This computer replaced my previous touch screen, which was also an Asus. The touchpad is not too touchy but the battery doesn't stay charged very long.

I purchased this computer for my mother and father who are not very technology savvy. Thus far, it has been very easy to maintain and super user friendly.

The product wasn't working the first time but after I returned it for a new one everything was fine. The guys a geek squad did an awesome job as well.

Needed a laptop computer and went to the store and salesman was great to help. Added plus is they gave an hour of showing me what this computer could do.

Very nice laptop with a backlit keyboard that is easy to type on. Would give it five stars if it were available with Windows 10 Pro already installed.

The first ASUS crashed in the process of setting it up. The second one appears to be working. I'm a little jumpy & back it up to avoid loosing my data.

Still figuring out how it works. So far it has been doing a great job. I just needed a printer that printed and copied. A relative suggested this one.

My son did a Windows 10 update and it disabled the touchscreen. We spoke to Asus and nothing worked. This has been happening for a while but none of the store reviews mentioned it. Had to send laptop off through Geek Squad t o repair. We bought it for his freshman year of college. Unfortunately he had to leave without it. It was really nice before the update.

One thing I usually look for is a light up keyboard. But since this waas an emergency I didn't look into that factor so I'm missing that! Also this laptop lags a little. I know it's not my internet since my last laptop never gave me these issues. There are a few other programs that had to be removed from the start up and that helped a little. I had no idea there is no room for an Ethernet connection I guess I skipped over that part as well.

I bought this and didn't need it but I like it so much I kept it anyway. Thin not to heavy fingerprint login is a cool feature great for watching videos and I enjoy playing game emulators they run great nicest laptop I've bought myself so far

I really did like this computer, but I don't think I can trust an Asus again after this one. Windows 10 updated and immediately the Wifi went from high speeds down to around 2mbps. Tried updating the drivers, reinstalling windows, everything and nothing was working. Will be taking this one back, not sure if it would be an exchange or something different.

I recently purchased the Asus touch screen laptop & notebook. Pretty cool technology. Awesome graphics

I love this computer. Everything about it. The only issue that makes me not give it 5 stars is that sometimes it takes quite a while to load.

I bought it for school and I also use it for gaming. Good laptop for doing schoolwork. And I haven't had any bad gaming experience with it

I bought this for my daughter to take with her for her 1st year of college. She has been very happy with it. It's a great size and not too heavy. It has been a wonderful investment and she has not had any problems with it.

The thing that sold me was the knowledge of the gentleman than helped me. He is definitely top notch on his products. I'm highly impressed with Best Buy in general ~ and if he wasn't sure about something he found someone who did asap
