Had an office computer crashed. Decided to upgrade to a 2 in 1 so I could carry it into warehouse and be able to work inventory easier.

I purchased this laptop after asking Best Buy salesperson which laptop would be suited for home use as well as for the work that I do . I'm an accountant who needs a fairly powerful computer to run lots of Excel spreadsheets.

I returned the item after 3 days or so as it was so large and lacked the speed I was looking for!

This the type of computer my wife was looking for. Sales help was great. Just a couple of minor problems that have been ironed out.

Best buy employees were very helpful in deciding on which computer to purchase for what I had on intended to use it for. I got the protection plan and security protection as well. Everything seems to be working great thus far!

This computer is far advanced for me, especially being a novice. But I am determined not to be a novice much longer. My husband went on line to compare several different laptop computers. He determined ASUS was the best one.

Laptop design is very good! Fast. Only issue is connecting with a 3rd monitor. Trying multiple adopters. Hope it's only the adopters.

Had a few issues w/ things not working at first; took 6 weeks before volume control slider would come up so I could hear anything. A few minor other problems that randomly solved themselves. Biggest prob is wndows 10 sucks.

I needed to replace my old work lap top and wasn't sure if I needed or wanted the touch screen but have to say it is really addictive. So far this computer has been awesome to use for both work and fun (aka shopping).

We didn't know exactly what to look for to satisfy the needs of a High School student. So happy with the informative consult with our salesman, he was extremely helpful, and most beneficial in our decision making process.

Thought it would be quicker. Not happy with the warm up time. Very slow loading. Don’t have much loaded on it.

I purchased this computer because it offered the most features and versatility for the money as compared to other brands. I've had my ASUS computer for over two months and have been very pleased with my purchase.

Our old laptop needed to be replaced. We didn't need one with all the bells and whistles, just one that would help with homework, Internet surfing, and Microsoft Office programs. This one is perfect for our needs.

For the money, it is a very good machine. Works well and has a decent processing speed. So far it has been very reliable.

Just what needed for marketing while traveling. Tablet mode makes it easy to point out things on the go with my clients.

Light....nice size keyboard....easy to navigate...convenient to use. Nice picture quality. Easy to switch into tablet mode.

Love this computer. The keyboard is very comfortable to use. Wish it was backlit. The images on the screen are sharp and crisp, the colors are great. Makes photos look great. My first Asus, so far so good.

Great laptop for normal web browsing and Microsoft office. Is a little slower than im used to but its great for the price!
