This machine is worth the extra few bucks for the features you get. I am happy with the purchase.

this was a replacement laptop. I chose the i5 and happy I did. The case is sturdy and I like the hinge system it has. Asus seems to be very dependable. I have that brand as a router too.

Excellent quality and usability. Would like to see and option with a SSD instead of a normal hard drive.

replaced old laptop,not working, and salesman was very good no pressure,which is #1 . Answered all my questions in a simple manner,which I need as this computer stuff is so new to me.

I don't know if we got a lemon on this one or if this particular model just isn't working as it should. We couldn't get ANY programs, software or otherwise to install properly. The computer ran very slow, froze up often and even shut down completely several times. We took the laptop in to Geek Squad, who spent a day trying to fix it and even replaced the hard drive. We ended up taking it back and going with a different brand, altogether, which we have had no problems from! The Best Buy sales team was amazing in assisting us, was very helpful and made sure we ended up with a great, highly functional product in the end! No complaints there!

The laptop itself is good and looks nice. Only complaint is windows 10, locks up and is slow at times.

This computer was bought as a backup for another. I am enjoying it and getting to know it's quirks.

Didn't have it very long since it was stolen at college, but when I had it, I loved it. Quick, beautiful screen, good sound. Although, the speakers could have a bit more bass in them.

I love the look and feel of this laptop. It's quick and doesn't get hot when using for a long time.

I love working in both ways, like laptop and tablet, combining functionality and comfort. The keyboard is soft allowing me to work for longer without getting tired. Approved!

Takes a long time to update software. Not sure it's the computer's fault or my net connection.

I got this computer thinking it had a ssd since that is what I read on the tag at the store. Only to find out after I got it home and had it for a few weeks that it did not have the ssd. Little disappointed in that but otherwise it performs as advertised. Not sure how many days it's been since purchase I may take it back if I'm within the the days.

This laptop has been great! I bought this for my college aged son and it has been perfect for him. The keys lit up which allows him to use it anytime.

it works the first one had to return, got a virus on setup before even going to any web sites
