I needed to replace my HP laptop. I went to Best Buy because I could trade that one in. They didn't have the one I originally wanted (out of stock) so I walked around looking for something in my price range. When I came across the ASUS, I asked the salesman and he said they were a good machine and that it was a good deal. Got it home, was easy to set up, all of my information was easily imported, The screen is BEAUTIFUL!! Looks much bigger than it is because the frame around the screen is much thinner than other laptops. The touch screen is a bonus :-) Overall what a bargain.....fast processor, beautiful display. I am happy

Works great for what I'm using it for. Love the speed and the face Recognition. I've never worked with an brand before but this is one of the best ones I've worked with.

Well, until today I was gonna give it a 4 stars. I couldn't see the keyboard even with the backlight. After reading threw some reviews and seeing people say that the backlight was great I began to look at my function keys and to my surprise there was a key to turn up the backlight. NOW I can see my keys!!! I love this machine. I would've loved to upgrade the memory, but oh well ... I know I couldn't when I bought it. It's fast and everything is just so smooth. I think it's a great buy!! I'm even doing some gaming on it. Love Asus!

This Is a very nice laptop with lots of features for the price. Large touch screen and fast processor are 2 of better features.

I’m a student so if you’re using this for school it will suffice. I like the laptop so far I’ve had it since March I only have two complaints. The amount of space is lack luster and the keyboard when lit up it’s hard to see the letters on the keys in honestly any kind of light. Other than that this is perfect for what I need it to do. I bought a pen to go with it to use it in tablet mode with my books for highlighting etc. can’t complain too much.

Very good so far. Got it at a great price. Works for my family. Touch screen is a nice feature.

Nice, sturdy case. Thin profile. There are a couple of downsides though... First, the hard drive is fairly small with less than 250 GB of space for your files. I ended up purchasing an external SD to store my files. Not a huge problem, but kind of a hassle. Second, the key board can be hard to see in certain lighting conditions. It has a backlight, but it is "weak" at best. Also, some of the keys (home, end, pgup, pgdn) are placed in locations I've never seen before. Again, not a huge issue, but frustrating, as you have to stop and look for them, and with the visibility issue already mentioned...

Asus for the win .. amazing laptop Easy to use and lightweight for its size . Very responsive when it’s in tablet mode (touch screen). The battery life is amazing and long Doesn’t comes with a pen tho .. but still highly recommend this product A++++
