This computer is very nice. Runs very fast, has great picture quality, the keys light up when you type which I personally love, has pretty good storage for the price. The only reason I knocked a star off is because the sound quality is trash in my opinion. Not clear/sounds muffled which makes me super bummed cause I watch a lot of youtube and netflix on my laptops... but you get used to it after awhile I guess.

I needed a new laptop when my last one crashed. The ASUS brand has always been the best for the least amount of money. We would never use anything else.

This laptop is the best!! It's not just a laptop but a tablet also! It's also the perfect size for transporting. It's not to big nor too small! Now as for the technical side...wow! Graphics and speed are perfect for my needs. Noah at Best Buy on Morse Rd in Columbus, Oh really hooked me up! I knew what I wanted when I walked in and I didn't want to spend a lot. He listened and found a laptop for me that exceeded my expectation! I'm so appreciated and love, love, love my laptop! Thanks Best Buy and Noah...he deserves a raise! Knowledgeable young man!!

We bought this computer for basic home and school use and it has been great. The touch screen is extremely handy and the screen size is perfect.

The specs of this computer was actually better than a comparable computer that was a more money. Definitely recommend this computer.

I purchased this laptop for my grandmother who has loved it so far! In all my desktop builds I’ve used the Ryzen chips with great success. When I saw a reasonably priced laptop with good specs and a R7 this became the first choice. The only downside is the keyboard, which unfortunately is very difficult to read, especially without the backlighting. Other than that it’s extremely quick and no complaints from grandma!

I’m glad I got the deal for this Asus Laptop. All its components are competitive for high-end computers. Touch screen is a plus.

Very fast. Touch screen works as expected. I do miss the laptop not having an RJ45 jack for Internet access. Easy to set up.

Its nice enough for the price. I tried to find where to turn off "S" mode and it says its Windows 10 and didn't mention being "S" mode. Although description said it is. The photo viewing panels in Pictures looks like my husbands Windows 7 not my old Windows 10. I had to purchase an app to be able to view my photos and videos once transferred. The very worse thing about it that I wish I had noticed before setting it up or I would have returned it is that you cant see the letters on the keyboard. If your head is directly above and you are looking down at it you can, but with the computer in front of you which is the natural way to use it, the letters aren't visible. And forget the symbols above the numbers. So if you aren't an experienced typist that doesn't need to see the keyboard, I would pass on this very light silver computer. Other than that it seems good to me. I'm not computer savvy, mostly use it for family photos, social media and a few games and email, but sure wish I could see the letters.

So far, I really like this laptop. I don't do a lot on it and I'm still learning how to use it, but happy with my purchase.

I love this new ASUS Laptop!! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it only has one USB port? When I hook up my printer to my laptop, I have to remove my mouse from the only port. It's a little inconvenient, and I like using the mouse. I don't like scrolling that pad with my finger. I was surprised to find this to be the case.

Great laptop except the hard drive is kind of small only 256 gig. My last computer had a tb. Also, there is no cd drive.

Excellent for any projects you need to do no lag at all. Power off to on in less than 1 minute
