I trust the ASUS name and this pc is a great deal. I purchased it for a customer and so far its a great value.

Bought this 2-n-1 due to good features, good specs., and a good deal through Best Buy! Still love the features and the deal, however while the specs.are impressive, they really don't reflect the reality of the performance I'm getting due to I think, the lack of an SSD. Bottom line, if speed is a deal breaker for u, stay away or be ready to spend additional money for upgrades.

I reccomend replacing the hard drive with solid state. it will be very snappy after that.

The service I recieved was excellent. My Best buy salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful from start to finish. If I need anything else he would be the first person I would find to assist me. He deserves a raise.

It's quick, very clear screen, nice design for a laptop/tablet. I've previously had Asus ROG laptops, always been very good, but large and heavy. This unit has almost as much power in a light, easily portable package.

Love the facial recognition. Great for gaming. Can have many things running at once. Overall great computer.

I bought this for my daughter, so far it has been a really nice laptop. Just not crazy about windows 10.

Very sharp, crisp screen resolution. Loved the mouse pad with the LH an RH click buttons built in.

I purchased this laptop after consulting with the BestBuy tech expert. I needed a laptop for AutoCad. His suggestion was spot on. My Asus has been perfect for handling the software needed for my design program.

Purchased with the help of a friend and a very knowledgeable Best Buy sales person. The machine is replacing an 8 year old HP desktop and has fulfilled the role well, meeting or exceeding all my requirements.

I purchases this for a combination of work and home use expecting to commonly use Photoshop and a CAD based program. I love that you can turn off the backlight on the keys, and this has great battery life.

Easy to setup and easy to use. Connected a usb dvd writer/reader and no priblems adding software.

It is slow starting - can't get the internet to acknowledge Google Chrome as my default access.

My grandson loves his gift and I'll be using it to help him during his college experience.

I have always bought HP computers in the past. This Asus is just as good if not better.

I love this laptop especially that it can flip and become a tablet it is very versatile

Got a very good deal on this item. Thank you best buy for the price on the computer..

However, the volume could have a greater range. In addition, I frequently have to re-start laptop, as all applications lock-up. Not sure if this is a server error or equipment issue.
