Quality Control is lacking

The screen is beautiful and it has snappy performance. But, there is a reason for the steep discount and amount of open boxes for sale. From the first time I set it up to use it, it would randomly reboot. I’m thinking it’s related to the wireless card they have installed. A week later, the touchpad and power light don’t work at all. The laptop takes a couple minute just to show the boot screen and boot into Windows. The quality control is severely lacking.

Except for it did not want to work with some of my games. Possibly because they are not friendly with amd ryzen processors. Other then that, the games that i was able to play, looked awesome and were very smooth to play. I'm still giving this five stars because build quality and user friendliness is awesome. The processor issue, it's really not the laptop's fault.

I am still waiting for an answer about this issue.

He LOVES this laptop as it fits his animation studies very well! Best Buy was great about making sure we find an opened box product. I highly recommend Best Buy and this laptop!
