Plagued with QC issues. Constant buzzing noises, speakers have bad white noise/hissing sounds, and build quality isn't the best. I personally did not like the soft-touch plastic either. The battery life is very average to bad compared to ryzen products. This would have been the perfect "better" g15 if issues were fixed and the battery life was competitive, and the heat wasn't that bad (temperatures are a little lower than the g15, but the fans are much much louder and aggressive).

so far so good. it really pumps out some heat on games. it really does the job tho. screen is easier to see than other laptops in high sunlight. battery so far for me only lasts up to 2 hours ish. idk if thats normal or not. but it is awesome. borderlands 3, battlefield 1, world of tanks, fortnite, and day to day tasks; this pc handles it all with ease. great buy. i recommend fully

I bought this laptop because I needed something for school, work, and gaming. Im very glad I bought this laptop as this is an absolute powerhouse of a device. Mine comes speced with an i7-11800H and a NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3050 Ti. So you can perfectly do what you need to do and more. The build quality is absolutely amazing, the design of this laptop is amazing. During long gaming sessions the inside of the laptop has this rubber texture which is very comfortable resting your hands on. The Display is great! Very color accurate, responsive, gets very bright, and has a 144hz display. The performance of this laptop is great you can do school, work, and gaming no problem. When gaming you can run most or all your games on ultra or high graphics. When doing work in illustrator or photoshop you can easily use both of these programs and have great performance the entite way thru. The thermal system in this laptop could be better it tends to get a bit warm during gaming but I see no concern. This is a laptop and doing instense tasks on anything electronic your device can get warm. The fans do get a bit noisy especially when your gaming for a very long time but I see no issue either here has there is a headphone jack on this computer and you can easily pair Bluetooth headphones. Overall this laptop is a great purchase. Wether your in the market for a gaming laptop, a productivity laptop this is an excellent buy and definitely recommend.

My laptop is awesome, it runs smooth and the storage is great, im able to play on it at high speeds, and it never crashes, im able to run some of the biggest games their is at faster speeds than some of my friends PC's.

My first unit didn't have the trackpad hooked up at all, so I had to swap it for another. The screen is very bright and the 16:10 aspect ratio is very useful if you use this for anything other than media consumption. On best battery mode you can maybe get 5-6 hours of light work and browsing done. For gaming I'd much prefer an RTX 3060, but the RTX 3050 Ti is okay. Speakers sounded great, the keyboard was responsive, and I love the RGB on the keys, but I found myself missing the number pad from my last device. I found the trackpad to be too sensitive for my taste, even after changing it to low sensitivity in settings. The soft touch surface is nice, but isn't durable from my experience. BIOS updates were finicky, so I ultimately ended up returning this device.

Very good efficient and fast equipment, it is good for games and working is also fast and its battery helps a lot on trips I recommend this equipment if you work traveling and it is also good to spend time and have fun

Bought this laptop for work and gaming and so far it has not disappointed. It plays MW2 without problems and just about any game you can throw at it. I added a 1 TB SSD and I don't have to worry about running out of storage. It looks great and very fast. Highly recommend.

I really liked this computer, the product I bought about a week ago had the wifi card malfunction. I am going to exchange it for another and hope for the best because overall it is a nice laptop. I like the design, the key travel feels pretty good and thebscreen is a good size. I have hooked it up to an Oculus quest 2 over the link cable and it ran fine, although Oculus did give me a warning that my hardware was lower than recommended. The speakers are loud enough to listen to an online class or webinar. I honestly don't know if it's worth the full price, but I found it on a good discount for $1150. That's more than I planned on spending but I needed a decent graphics card and wanted a nice looking laptop.

Big beautiful screen in a 15 inch thin body. Speedy performance overall. Huge accurate touchpad with great gestures. The fingerprint reader could be better.

Powerful computer. I bought it for my wife almost 2 years ago, she still very happy about it. I gave 4 stars because I expected a little bit more juice from the battery.

Overall, after a discount its somewhat worth the price, performance is nice and the design is slick. However, the battery life is utterly embarrassing and as another review said the case itself is a fingerprint mangnet. As a gaming laptop it should also come as no surprise that it heats up and the fans speed up to very noticeable points. However, the 3050 ti is nice however for gaming and design.

Lightweight, really good computer, runs warzone 90-100 fps no problem, minecraft java at around 200-400 fps inside caves, 70-140 fps on minecraft bedrock and rocket league at 200-300 fps. Design is beautiful and has enough ports to use my devices while charging my phone. Pretty Good computer for a student/gamer. Screen brightness was impressive and the screen itself is really nice, the edges are really thin and you can barely notice the webcam. Speakers are the best i have ever heard on a laptop and they are loud. Only downside I can think of is the storage size, I think 512 gb is too little for a computer like this.

Great starter laptop, purchased about 2 years ago started using it for gaming last year amazing for mid quality games

For starters, I had to exchange this laptop twice. Due to hardware failure. And I had to exchange it once because I was having software issues. I was probably just really unlucky and got a bad batch. This PC is definitely a nice device. With enough power to play newly released games at high settings. The caveat is once the GPU and CPU really start to work. The fans on this device are very loud I would say probably 40 to 60 decibels loud. The computer definitely gets warm, and by warm I mean close to 200° f in certain circumstances even with good cooling. However it runs whisper quiet when the power load is minimal. The keyboard is really nice. In the trackpad is respectable. My biggest gripes beside the issues of getting a new device. The software that comes with the devices questionable at best. Armory crate is good but everything else is bad. The only circumstance that I recommend this laptop is if you can find it on sale in brand new condition. Otherwise I would say you might want to look elsewhere for quality purposes. I think it's just an Asus issue. In my previous experience with all Asus products. They're either hit or miss probably more so than Razer. Most of the time it's hit, but when you miss it's catastrophic in infuriating.

I really liked this laptop at first, but over a few weeks, problems became apparent. Pros: It looks great. The screen is awesome. Silent mode is silent. Cons: Wifi card is terrible. This is well documented and an easy fix, but I'd rather not have to fix it. The keyboard is vertically shorter than standard, so it's difficult to type on. But I prefer not to type on it anyway, because... The finish on the palm rests became worn after less than a week of use. No exaggeration - less than a week of use and spots were appearing. I don't have particularly oily hands, and I do keep them clean. I've never seen a laptop become discolored so quickly. After a month of use, it started having unfixable errors with my favorite game (FFXIV). I realize this is more the fault of the game publisher's failure to ensure compatibility with video cards and such, but it's frustrating that I bought this laptop to play a particular game, and after a month of playing flawlessly, it completely stopped playing that game. I've tried every fix, including complete reinstalls of Windows - nothing fixes it. Overall I wish I had bought something else.

Amazing laptop! It’s a BEAST, has no issue running any games

Impressive laptop for a great price. I’ve been able to run OBS to stream Apex Legends (playing on laptop) using this laptop which some desktops struggle to do. I upgraded the RAM, but otherwise it’s great!

Good performance, although the RTX 3050 isn't that power full as you think, it's equivalent to 1660 but with RTX and DLSS technology. Not recommend for people who needs high performance but quiet machine, because the fan of this thing is very loud. The screen is absolutely beautiful, great color accuracy and guess what, it has MUX switch, which means there is no bottle neck when playing games when MUX is on dGPU and good battery life when using iGPU!
