Top tier motherboard with a top tier price if you have the extra cash I say go for it looks amazing and can handle my ryzen 9 9950x3d with a 4080 super and 64 gb ram like a charm and still a lot more room to over clock the rigs on the motherboard looks stunning aswell and the bios flashback and clear cmos buttons on the io panel is always great to see on any motherboard as well as the error code screen with the start button next to it everything about the board is made to tailor both gamers and pc builders making the quick release on the m.e drivers a breeze to install storage and the no latch to remove the gpu makes it even faster is a repair is needed on the pc and the gpu needs to be removed I would definitely recommend to anyone that can afford it

This thing is a boss!. So much room for overclocking, and literally everything you could ask for in a motherboard. I do not like the shared lanes for m.2 and GPU however I would never run that many m.2 drives anyways lol. You only need 2 really large M.2 drives to have enough storage for just about anything you could want. I have this paired with a Ryzen 9 9950X3D (beast mode), an PNY RTX 5080 and TridentZ Royal 6000, sitting inside of the HYTE Y70 case, and more RGB than a European rave.

Is it worth the extra $200 over the E-Gaming? Probably not. I personally just couldn't resist as imo this MB looks amazing! Performance is 100% there too. Overclocking is super easy, and the layout is good as well. My nickname just so happens to Rog as well so that's a definite plus!

Came with a bunch of goodies like stickers and cooling pads for things like ssd cards and extra cables for Sata drives or HDD? I don't use them myself but great to keep handy in case i ever do wanna add them! The quality is very highend and the installation process was easy for me! It comes with many slots for SSD cards I say around 5? 3 gen 5 and 2 gen 4 if I'm correct? I'm using this as a dual boot PC so those that also want that I highly recommend getting this Motherboard!

I wouldn’t really say any flaws you know what you’re buying. I had no issues with the install and it’s been running great for the past month.

The PCIE Card part of your GPU will get damaged (the card part that inserts into the PCIE slot). The Q slim mechanism has damaged 3 GPUs of mine after slotting the GPUs in 1-2 times. Asus has ignored any request of mine to replace my motherboard with the new revision. That's right, so many GPUs have been damaged that ASUS has officially announced that they are revising the Q slim design. An ASUS design flaw has made an otherwise perfect motherboard a disaster and now I fear to remove my GPU for fear that more damage will be caused.

The ASUS quick release on my expensive x870e mobo broke while attempting to remove my 5080 Gigabyte AORUS Master video card. Attempting to remove the GPU feels like you are going to break something on your mobo and or gpu. It is nerve wreaking and very hard to do even when doing it correctly. You are suppose to pull at an angle while holding the PC case down. It feels EXACTLY like you are going to break something and in my case the quick release latch broke! This is a poorly design function and why did ASUS think this was a good idea! I am extremely angry! In order to have the mobo serviced under warranty I'll have to remove the GPU (again) and disassemble the entire PC just to have the mobo serviced.

DONT BUY THIS EVEN ON SALE! Stay far away from this motherboard! This is my second board and both have failed when it comes to my m.2 slots! The first one fried itself in the first week after buying and the second one in 6 or so months! Both were custom built by G.S. It's costed me time and a headache, I've spent half a day today trying to resolve it to no end, windows event viewer, Samsung magician, Gemini, and testing in all different manners and drives, it had absolutely crapped itself on a specific drive, even though it comes out as 100% fine in all manners of diagnosis, benchmarks, and scans. Do your research! It has plenty of scathing reports on forums of how bad it handled advertised EXPO profiles, let alone the others who suffer from memory storage problems! STAY.. AWAY! FOR YOUR SAKE!

Perfect motherboard, this gaming motherboard is the one I have. It's very nice. I like the lighting. I also like the fact that it could be a little future-proof. It's an overall well-performing motherboard. The only thing that you have to do is make sure that you update the BIOS, and then it's easy to also overclock. And I think one of the issues I saw was that you can't play with DDR5s at 6500 as advertised. I guess they're having issues with that. So I just put an the bios at XP01 and set it to 6000 for the RAM.

It is a very good option for a mid-range build, offering excellent support for future upgrades to high-end components. It provides solid support for cooling and SSDs, and the inclusion of Wi-Fi 7 is another strong point; overall, it is an excellent choice for making the leap into the high-end tier.

Motheraboard is hefty with the metal backplates but also helps dissipates heat. I paired board with 9800X3D and once post tested I updated BIOS. The board had the very first BIOS of 303. The board is an overkill for me, but with AM5 having support until 2027 decided to spend the extra money on a better board. Had a scare with q-codes since the numbers fluctuated between 29-32, which did not make sense when looking up the codes. After some research q-code was showing the CPU temps that I fix to show q-code only in BIOS. My only complaint is the PCIE 8 power below the 24 pin power has a bright red light that stays on when PCIE is not used. The purpose of the PCIE 8 power is for faster charging through nearby C port. Bad design to have a bright red stay on for an optional plug.

Its good for everything except very very specific high performance tweaking and settings manually, other then that if your a beginner or just want a mostly easy automated system it works.

Beautiful design. Really makes the aesthetics of the inside of your PC look very appealing especially if you have a clear glass cover. Works great as far as overclocking . However, I did not notice an extreme jump from your mid range $150-$250 X870 motherboards. If you want the aesthetics and a upgraded audio quality. Sure go for this and spend four more hundred dollars. Is it worth it performance wise? Not in my opinion.

As someone who wanted to maximize performance for gameplay , the integrated ai already optimized almost all of the tweaks in the bios. Good job Asus.
