Ive had headsets with better sound quality at a cheaper price. But these are by far one of the most comfortable ive ever had at any price range.

Best headset ! Love Asus! I will always order from them this is my third pair i keep getting them bc I won’t pay for another brand! I travel a lot so they get pretty beat up but the quality never lacks!

Defective wire - Not recommended

Bought these for my kids birthday and they stopped working after just a week. The cable has a broken wire in it that causes the headset to disconnect constantly or not connect at all. There were kinks in the wire from how tightly it was packaged. Best Buy said to deal directly with the manufacture because I didn't buy their warranty. It wasn't easy to find a number to call or contact information in the materials provided. I got busy and put it off too long and now they are out of warranty. Stuck with set of brand new headphones that don't work now. It's clearly a defect, don't buy these. There are YouTube videos of people trying to repair the cable on these. Make it right ASUS! You should be offering goodwill repairs for these known defects.
